Loved this! 18 weeks pregnant currently. Was working out daily, but I got sick and had to take a break for a little while. Felt great to get back into daily exercise with this nice and easy ab workout.

I have a question nina and i hope you can answer me i want to get a thigh gap even though i am skinny i'm 48 kg and i am 164 cm and my tummy is slim i am following intermetting fasting and low carb diet how many days a week should i workout and i should exercise 7 times a week or How should that be like ? I do inner thigh workouts and leg workouts
