Slim Thighs & Calves for Lean Model Legs Pregnancy Safe / Nina Dapper
The greatest workout for lean and slim thighs and calves! No bulkiness, just slimming!
You can also follow this workout during your pregnancy. A few things I find important to mention before doing this workout while pregnant:
1. Listen to your body! Not feeling great? Do you feel nausea, dizzy, our of breath or in pain? Please stop the workout
2. Food & Hydration. Always eat and drink something before the workout and have water with you to drink during the workout
3. Be gentle and slowly with switching positions
4. Pause the video if your heart rate feels too high or if you need a break
5. Don’t workout above your pre-pregnancy fitness level. If a workout feels too hard - listen to that!
This workout is in collaboration with a physical therapist Annette van Rossem who is specialized in the pregnant women. If you are dutch: go have a look at her website and never hesitate to book a session (www.zwangerfit...).

She is underweight, why is this goals? It is much better to be healthy than skinny. Workout is nice though but you should workout for you, not for “model body”
