😢 don't mess with girls who know self defence or you will be in lots of pain and she got him really hard. I have been in pain for messing with my sister and she karate kicked me in the balls and it was so painful I couldn't get up and I felt like she split my balls 😢.

I second this. My girlfriend was taking self defence classes and asked if she could practice on me and I said sure cause I thought she was just gonna like grab my arm and twist it or something but nope! She full force kicked me right in the balls and I instantly dropped to the floor in extreme pain. Then she just laughed and said “well at least I know the classes are working.”

In my opinion theres only one guy that teachs like bruce lee tommy carruthers from Scotland is by far the best jkd man in the world and bruce lee would be happy with tommy as for the rest dont think so simplicity is key as a jkd man and most of them are using wing chun trapping tommy has gone past that his jkd has no trapping
