Really glad I watched this video. I mostly used the PGL with RJ250 more as a meme - I basically thought, "Oh, it lets you rocket jump so that's probably like its whole gimmick and it's not really going to be an effective weapon anymore" so I built fully for ammo and for minimizing the damage of the blast, which happened to include taking the heat mod. I did notice at some point that I could still light grunts on fire and kill them that way, but didn't think too much about it. I guess I was actually using a decently effective build, just gimping myself by not understanding that with the fire mod, the damage reduction really doesn't matter than much.

Ok but can someone explain to me what the T4 "Radio Transmitter Module" mod actually do? It wasn't mentioned in this video. The mod description says that it allows you to retrieve bolts from a distance, but upon testing it I've never been able to retrieve ANY bolt, at all. So what is the use of that mod??

for anyone who sees this comment, cold as the grave is never recommended anymore and is kind of a noob trap mod. it doesn't really offer any real value over hot bullets or aggressive venting, both mods that are very very good, as all it really does is allow people who can't manage heat very well to manage it better,

Typically on elimination missions I make a kill floor in which I fill the drop pod hole I throw prox grenades two turrets on both sides and and turn the floor into an electric wasteland with turret arc it melts the twins and and normal dreadnought (you might have to repair it) but magma floors and the exploding pancake make it even more deadly

kinda wish they added overclock that refunds ammo for killing (like mod for engi's laser but as efficient as Rewiring Mod

Bullet hell is personally my favorite oc for the minigun, mostly because it is extremely versatile. I usually take it with the enhanced stun because i can effectively look at a group of bugs, pick out the tankiest one, and proceed to stunlock the entire group into oblivion and the weakers bugs get shredded while i am whittling down the big one. Big advantage here is that i can also do this at any angle, unlike with blowthrough, to the point bugs on the roof/walls and even clusters of mactera arent a problem. For single target damage i usually pair it with the coilgun built for max damage, overcharger and triple tech chambers. Each shot does around the same damage as a driller power axe and almost the same stun, and usually an overcharged 3 round burst nearly kills a praetorian on haz 5 and the electric trail usually finishes it off.

Mining gold veins on its own isnt particularly satisfying. Thats why nobody judges TCF mining unless they run Pots O’ Gold, where you actually have a reason to not use TCF. Plus if you do need credits and are wary of selling minerals, you probably figured Croppa is THAT mineral to sell because even in Magma Core (where it is " scarce "), you mine more croppa than Magnite, or as much. On the other hand, I always mine compressed gold because not only the amount of gold is bigger, but you have the almighty " WE’RE RICH! ". Its actually worth pausing the game just to do the dwarf tradition and piss off management.

Nice video ! Like always Personally i tried playing a lot with the " Smart Trigger OS " on the Lok-1. It's a bit tricky at first when you are used to " Executioner " or " Explosive Chemical Rounds ". What i do love about this new one though is how quickly i can " burst " shot with it and inflict the lightning status with the T5A(Electric generator mod),which does more damage and slow enemies down.Paired with the Lok-1 (T3A-Electro chemical rounds)that in increase damaged done to Electrified and Burned targets by 20%,adding it's T4A perks,too. (Aperture extension) To give you at least 4 locks on enemies which is just enough to proc the T5A,that require 3 locks to activate. I pair this with the Shard Diffractor T4A and T5A ( to respectively increase the amount of direct damage added by heat from 25% to 100% and damaging an enemy that is either Electrocuted or affected by an IFG, add an additional +33% Direct and Area Damage as Electric-element. Its like having a Lok-1 shotgun that quickly apply all the debuffs and it makes you use your Shard diffractor more for crowd control and proc both elements often. ( i found ) It's risky and easy to waste bullets with " Smart trigger OS " but personally,its my go-to now,hehe. Peace !

1:47 what you should deffinetly use with bullet hell is the stun mod, since that's the whole reason you would want to use bullet hell in the first place. There is a good reason you dislike it.

Ive said it before, ill say it again, i have loved turret arc since EA, befor any buffs, when it still slowed you, it just keeps getting better, and they keep buffing it xD

Personally i can't justify trading minerals for gold because I need those minerals for OCs and upgrades. And by the time I've reached a point where I can sell minerals for credits, I probably don't need the credits anyway. They rarely seem to be the limiting factor as long as I mine at least a bit of gold every time. Plus they're dwarves, not stock brokers! We mine!
