you can also kill shredders with drills, don't even need the extra dmg mod cause shredders don't have any hp

The only issue here is that pump action is being viewed purely in the context of haz 5+ which only about 25% of DRG players will ever play. Every other difficulty it works far better.

The burst would have been so cool on the drak make it shoot quick bursts and have the plasma projectile go way faster to the target would be fun

I will always play HV on hyper prop, this is what makes it basically have absolutely no bulletdrop even across big ass caves. And i feel like it makes me hit more overall, i miss like one every resup wich is still bad but its getting better

Pump action is absolutely awesome. First off, it’s very flexible, working very well with not just armor break and ammo, but I find it to work better with Miner Adjustments as well, since the shotgun damage makes using a shot on your turrets less impactful than just shooting bad guys directly. Second, it’s just really cool.

When there is a smaller group I love it my friend said it looks like cheating, I stare at the bugs for a sec and then they all die

Does Scorching Tide benefit significantly from Blistering Necrosis? Do they act as projectiles, or basic fire particles?

How much of this is still accurate? Also that last recommended build is literally the same as the one I was just about to take in, except I took more ammo rather than wider range. Thanks for explaining how the damage works for this gun, I kept thinking that shrinking the crosshair would make it easier to hit things, and save ammo, but it was pretty much a total waste this entire time! I would say that it's still worth it cause of weakpoint damage, but if it still doesn't do weakpoint damage to this day, then I have zero reason to not take wide lens over focused lens in nearly any case!

BH also gains a higher % to hit WP because you can shoot behind in order for the round to bounce from point of impact into the weakpoint. missing on purpose loses 25% of shots taken but of the 75% if 90% are WP hits then the damage % is much higher

as someone who's beaten every souls game with some form of a STR build. I tried doing a dex/arcane for the first time because a friend said they were good. I. Fucking. suffered during that run. barely any hitstun, can't trade damage, trash damage in a single hit, can barely beat bosses that are immune to bleed. I ended up spamming dragon spells such as agheels flame because it actually did damage, but I ended up deleting that character because it got boring fast (keep in mind I didn't use rivers of blood because that ahh is cancer) now I'm doing a strength/int build, and even in late game I'm just pancaking everything in my path. rock sling if it's outside of bonking range, charged heavies and jump r2s for melee, combined with ash of wars such as lions claw, giant hunt, or gravitas. I don't even need to summon people for bosses, I am the boss. most enemies I can stunlock to death just from spamming lions claw with a great hammer also for some reason people don't realize that you can scale smaller weapons with strength and use those if your weapons are too slow for the situation

I never liked the idea of Turret whip (or the other turret centric mods on other guns) because the idea of it just felt kinda janky to me, having to stick around your turret to use it and use your own ammo + more ammo from the turret, I guess. However, I did try it out recently after seeing another video breaking it down and have found that it is quite good. I just wish it was implemented some other way, like different turret types or something.

I've long thought that the DRG devs have some very subtle things in this game that make you feel like you're playing doom just a little bit. I like to role play as the doom guy with engie using the smg and fatboy grenade launcher. Shotgun now works with the pump action mod lol

Leadbursters also wreck dreadnaughts, the hiveguard to a lesser extent unless you throw it behind the thing (this is most effective on a wall behind it, for some reason. But the ground works fine)
