Pretty sure that 2mm Renozil could stop that leak without that patch block. It's crazy strong stuff when harden. Use it all the time for everything that leaks!

OM606 is easy to convert to mechanical though.

Why cant somebody tune a diesel without all the black smoke
@darwonboyful18 сағат бұрын
Fully Mechanical system. This motor has almost zero electrical wiring. Mechanical fuel pump, no electronic injection or electronic ignition systems. These dpuk om606 motors are not only insanely powerful but they are also ad close as ypu can get to a "zombie apocalypse escape vehicle" as you'll ever see. The thing can run on almost any flammable fuel, could probs survive an epg hit and still get you out of trouble. One of my dream builds would be a 110 land rover troop carrier with a dpuk om606 motor and ZERO electricals apart from lights and engine temperature and oil pressure senders.

@@darwonboyfulThat would be great, if you thought the world was going to end tomorrow, but just an expensive plaything in the real world. What the UK needs is a competition scene for these special builds, like they have in America. Seeing a bunch of these competing together, that would be far more interesting. 💯🇬🇧✔

@InvictaView that would be excellent. And yeh I like expensive toys. Cars are an fkn awesome hobby.

Weld repairs will NEVER work on cast iron blocks. Cracks will always reappear close to the welds. If the repair had been carried out properly using Tig brazing with the correct filler material, there is a good chance it would have been 100%. There is very little understanding of cast iron repairs, and many parts are needlessly scrapped due to this.................
