Haha. This was a burner for sure. I went up in weights on some of those, and regretted it as my face looks like I just got hit in the shin with some of those. Haha. Great job, Terri!! Never any excuses for you to get your health and fitness in! 🔥🔥🔥

Wow wow, a really great session. It was my first session today. The exercises are great. I couldn't do them yesterday. The time difference is huge. The notification comes here in Istanbul at lunch time. Well done, my friend. I used 10, 7.5, and 5 kilos.

Incredible job as always, Iman!! The time difference is hard with the channel getting incredible people from all over the world. I have it post at 4:30am in my time zone, since that is when I wake up to get a morning run in. You still get it done, which is admirable. I am Thankful for you, my friend!
