Everything you need for fitness is available in these 45 minutes from the bottom to the top... Well done my friend, a really great session. I used 5 kg and 12 kg. It was really a complete session... A great effort. Welcome Hunter. We haven't seen you for a long time. We missed you, champion.❤❤❤
