Excellent exercise...I liked the calf exercises and the continuous movement during the breaks...well done, great effort

Exercises to start with, not to finish with.. This is what I decided when I watched the session yesterday.. I did it first thing this morning. It was great, I burned 391 calories during it.. The music was really special, making us focus on the movements. You made a good choice... After that, I did an abs session and that was it for today.. I had a lot of work in the garden at home.. It is also a sport, especially mowing the lawn... Thanks my friend👍💥💥

Leg DAY! Talk about a burn! Amazing how much harder these moves are with a step! 😅😅😅 This was a tough workout but the music was spot on....and allowed me to focus intensely!!! Love these challenging workouts!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Yes, that step makes a big difference! Great job with this one, and I know my legs were jello for a bit. Lol. I'm glad you liked the music as I try to pair up to the intensity and make it enjoyable to listen to. Let's keep getting after it, my friend! 🔥🔥

I didnt go as heavy as you but made it. I threw in a few bicep curls along the way 😅 thank you. I love standing work. So kind❤

Wow I am sure after I do this workout, I won't be able to move my legs for 2 days 😂😂. Can you please tell me how much weights you used ?

This one I'm using two 20 lb or 9 kg dumbbells!! I look forward to your thoughts afterward. I'm also using a small step stool, but if you don't have one, you could use something else that would be easy to step on and about 4-6" off the floor (bar bell plate or something).
