As Silent Hill fanboy since 00s, I adore all four TeamSilent games + some of the 3rd party ones (like SM). Now, as for SH4, I'll say it's the most psychedelic/weird.

imho Samurai Jack Battle Through Time is better game and severely underrated (while keeping that Ninja Gaiden DNA in its combat)

Despite its flaws, the first 2-3 Resident Evil movies still hold up, imo. as solid, entertaining video game adaptations. Part of that I think is owed to Milla Jovovich's screen presence. The first RE film feels like an upgraded version of John Carpenter's Ghosts of Mars. Thanks for doing the review. Cheers from Iran.

You know the last Silent Hill game I played after playing all the rest was the first one. First I played was 3 (Oh wait I played Rigins in the somewhere)then 2 and 4. Later on the western made titles. And I love 2 but love the first one more. A remake of the first would have been better. My biggest gripe is how clean monster skin textures are they look just bad.

This game felt like a....what was that bad Netflix series 13 reasons why? It was bad and about alllll the above mentioned stuff. This feels like a unjustified by yet justified big SLAP in the face. I hate the protag she's so forgettable and feels ham fisted to make certain groups happy. Feels insulting kinda. But perhaps the fandom deserves this for its treatment of the series and autistic focus on the second one.

So EA made them use Dead Space's combat system as frame work for a DMC and RE4 style inspired world. And it even has the same Dante's Inferno frame work to its story. Also some weird SH2 lady troubles. Wow this was cursed from the get go.

My theory on how Walter Sullivan was able to simultaneously die in prison and die in Room 302's storage room is that Walter committing the ritual of the Ten Hearts split himself into two Walters. The good part of him, the Walter who died in prison, appears as the child version of himself in the Otherworld. The evil part of him, the Walter who was crucified, appears as the adult version of himself in the Otherworld. I feel like this explains not only the discrepancy of how he died, but also Walter's scared and remorseful behavior in the Silent Hill 2 note, as that would be the good part of Walter speaking. Also, it's a much more satisfying theory than him simply framing someone for the crimes. As for why committing the Ten Hearts would do this, I don't know, but my guess would be that it was designed as a sort of loophole in the ritual itself... the evil part could perform the Assumption on the good part of one's self and gain the "Power of Heaven" without having to kill themselves entirely. However, Walter never got the chance to do this, which seemingly didn't matter in the end because Walter was able to haunt people and lock them in his Otherworld.

How about a 2025 version? Love your work!

The only thing wrong with Silent Hill 4: The Room is that it is a criminally underrated Silent Hill game.

About a couple of months ago my PS4's battery is apparently dead, but the console and its games were still working fine offline anyway (yeah, i know Sony already fixed the issue with an update). The odd thing is that after i got my PS4 an HDD for extended storage, one week ago, the battery seems alive again since the system shows the correct time, even booting offline.

I honestly want to know how Richard's electrocution got past censors. All of the deaths are kind of graphic, but I feel like there's something special about that one. Maybe because it's not something depicted very often in games.

Yeah the Commandos are basically the STARS team , and Spence was the traitor similar to Captain Wesker. Originally the Characters Rain and Matt were going to play as Jill and Chris.. Which honestly would've been very believable..

hello, I just came across this video, just for my understanding: when I have a 360 game that I wanna play on the series x, will it still not play offline even if I had it connect to the internet once after the download and install is finished? or it basically needs the Disc as key and online confirmation check before start up everytime?

I think Rhythm Heaven Fever would’ve been a worthy entry to this list.

I played the PC port and it crashed only two or three times during my whole playthrough. I am blessed.
