I got the trans one a couple weeks ago! I'm still wondering what to make with it. Probably something small and cute

I love this so much!! I bought 2 skeins of each the ones of me and my partners are, but i was sad to see they only made Ace not Aro. Still love all of them but wish they made one for my fellow Aromantics!!

I just found your work today and it looks like I may have another fiber hobby! Just a suggestion. Get an old coffee mug and rest the Aleene's in it upside down with the lid on between weaving. Then the glue is already in the tip for the next strip.

I have this ruler, but was afraid to use it. Your short demo was so helpful. I’m going to try it. Thanks!

Art Gallery Pure Solids and Northcott Color works are my favorite! The art gallery ones are super silky and don't feel like a standard quilting cotton but they're great with their other fabrics. Northcott feel more traditional and I think they're super easy to work with! Really impressed with the solids from them. As someone who worked in a quilt shop that carried a ton of Bella Solids, they're pretty good too but I find that they fray a LOT more than other solids I've used. Hope this is useful love ur videos!!

How do you know how long to make your first line of loops for an afghan? How many batches of yarn per afghan?

Kona cotton solids but I also love love love Ruby solids as well. If I had my dream store I would carry a traditional sold. Then I would also carry a solid that hits all the colors that a traditional solids does not carry. The worst thing is to be looking for a color in a solid at your favorite quilt shop and then not be able to find it. Best of luck!!

This kind of talent always astounds me. And shows the importance of art and culture, how access to those things does more good for the world than bad.

kzbin.info/www/bejne/oJ7EZ4uAr7WGZ5osi=g52lKyGrI8Edo5Xc lucky for you I just found this great video the other day! She demonstrates this technique at approximately the 7:20 mark. Hope this helps! I haven’t tried it myself yet but I’m about to bind a quilt I’ve been working on so maybe I’ll report back

Northcott Colorworks Solids are my favourite. They must have some sizing in them, because they are reasonably crisp before they are washed. They have a nice buttery texture after washing and I have never had a bleed.
