Spinning seam. They spin because the stitches are already unravelling. So won’t the spun seams fail at some point?

It is much easier if you get yourself a spray bottle and put your distilled water in that, then you are not constantly filling your iron. I also found out that my iron lasts a lot longer from NOT putting the water in it. Just a helpful suggestion. The star is beautiful, and very nice fabric combination. It’s nice to see them not made out of reds and greens for a change. You could use them as gift tags, or even keep them up all year. Thank you. :-)

I believe they are sequin pins. This could be made with ribbom instead of fabric but I think it looks nicer, more fuller with fabric. I wish I knew about the tip of putting the 1st pin in before I made so many when my kids were little.

Thank you for such a clear tutorial. My daughter gave me beautiful mosaic origami paper from Portugal. I made miniature stars with the mosaic paper. They will be gifts for my guests at our Thanksgiving table. However. I don't see hoe I can glue them. Too tiny. So I hope they'll hold up anyway.😊
