Please don't cut the tree. Remove the stairs instead. The roof became very clean. This was a double job, because you have a clean roof but you can also check inside if there's any leaks at all.

leave the tree if you plant another you will be old and grey before you benefit from the shade or fruit it provides. just trim back the limbs and roots then plant another on the land

Yes Cut the tree down as it`s too near the house. a tree further away from the house will be much better and a Fruit tree. your need to buy some cleaner that kills Algae - Lichen - Mould and Glyphosate Free i use Crikey Mikey comes in a green container and a pump spray bottle

If you PRESSURE WASH THE ROOF IT WILL COME OUT. I DID IT ON OUR ROOF. IT WAS FANTASTIC

Alex and Papa, welcome back so lovely to see you. Yes chop tree down, I know it is lovely and provides shade, but a big but , damage very very expensive over time. A lovely job on the roof cleaning. Was the last treatment hosing on water then applying chemical after while still wet then a wash down without the 20 minute wait, I didn’t quite get that part sorry. You two are a great team and a very thorough duo, just like myself in my very younger days. I am very elderly now and just enjoy your videos. Take care ❤

It looks like the tree has caused all of that mess on the roof, so without removing it you'll be cleaning your roof almost yearly to prevent it. I know most people wouldn't want you to cut it down, but I learned the hard way what happens if one of the branches comes down onto, and into your roof.👍

i would get rid of the tree, ita too close to the house. wind can blow it over, roots can damage the foundation. i had a tree that close and it was a highway into my attic for squirrels and raccoons.

Definitely remove that big tree and replace it with a fruit tree, otherwise you will continue to have lots of work to do because of it dropping needles and root issues. Great to see you both on a great project again.

Father and son make a great team, great bonding times. Regarding the huge tree, if it causes problems and as you said it is cracking the outside foundation it's time to go. Best to check the inside lower level if there's any signs of damage. Wonderful work gentlemen.

Cut the tree you will keep having foundation issues. If you plant anything close to the house plant something that doesn’t get a large root system.
