Great and insightful video . Could I ask what your thoughts are on the association with seed oils, inflammation & that we should avoid them (sunflower, rapeseed). Also why is coconut oil used so much if it’s high in saturated fats. Lastly, what would you recommend to be a healthy percentage of daily fats to aim for? Does more or less make a difference to overall health and if you have recomp goals? Thanks for your time in sharing.
