Latvian here! It's a bad argument to say that the old people can't learn a language, my grandmother is from Belarus and she learned and got her citizenship. Yes, she was young but took the time to learn it. learn the language and respect the culture. I known people that don't want to learn the language and the fact is, all of them are grumpy.
