Nah, dude. It's now full of homeless people and crime. The politicians screwed the place up. 15-20+ years ago DTLA would have been an okay place to live, but not now. It's just another case of a very nice property in the wrong area.

No built-in espresso machine? At this price point, I would have expected one in the kitchen and one in the primary suite; seems like a miss. Although that guest house looks like it could make a nice staff quarters; put a couple of single beds in the bedroom and you could have several staff (chef, butler, etc.) stay pretty comfortably in their own space. That pool area looks really cool - especially lit up at night! Although probably a pain for the pool guy who has to go up there to service it!

The property is amazing. The best penthouse this side of the Mississippi I have seen. The finishes are extremely dated and very poor. Even the marble is small blocks and not book matched. It is a complete gut job but that way you can make it your own.

This is THE BEST PENTHOUSE I’ve ever seen It’s remarkable and has the best floor layout of any penthouse. The best part is the pool on top and helipad. It’s the type of space you’ll always look forward to going home to. It has ample space for everyone to get their privacy. Well done JP great video I’m speechless after this 😂

Thought I missed it. 3 floors. Love the soft neutral color scheme. Numerous sitting areas and balconies. The wine cellar is insane. Surprised a ladder 🪜. Thought it would mechanically rotate your bottle to you. That’s the largest nook day to day dining I’ve seen. 🪜in the kitchen for upper cabinets. The 2ndary the size of a regular kitchen. The balcony off the kitchen and family room is insane with dining and outdoor kitchen. The 🎥 theater 🎭 is nice with snack tables and ottoman. Wonder if the furniture comes with or can be purchased? The staging is 🔥. Spacious guest bedrooms/en-suites. I don’t see them but wondering if the primary has automatic blinds. You are now showing the shades 😂. His/her closets and his/her en-suites. Spacious laundry 🧺. So the 2nd floor guest home is full apt but doesn’t span the length of the main floor. But up the stairs and have a sauna and bathroom for pool above. Look at you Jp on the rock 🪨 climbing 🧗🏼 wall. A helipad? Hottub and pool. Shaded Longing. Pool bath 🙌🏼. And a game area. Lounging. Pool 🎱, bar 🍺🍾🥂🧉🍹🍸🥃🧊🍷. This home is like a resort. Oh let’s not forget the gym/dance studio. Dusk views amazing. $20 mil is a wonderful price. Thanks for this tour.
