The reason why I like training outdoors all year round is that in addition to body, we train our mentality, every time you go out to train in any weather, at any time of the year, you train your mental strength forcing you to overcome weather factors, moods, etc. Its not the same when you train in a cozy, warm gym

I started wrestled from 13 to 18 yo and our workouts were always very warm. They wanted us to sweat. Volleyball in college we wanted cooler gyms. I love sand volleyball but not the sun so much. I'm ok with cooler weather for sure. My profile pic is me from my high school graduation "photo portfolio." I didn't tan much. So maybe I should learn to prefer cooler outdoor workouts.

@@jamest1157 I guess mate, you dont fully understand what Im writing about. The point of training outdoors is not to being in warm or cool, but to train your willpower. I'm reaching out because I want to improve my strength and build muscle, as I’m naturally skinny. Would you mind sharing your workout and meal plans? I believe having clarity on these would help me structure my own program better. One of my goals for 2025 is to achieve a build like yours! I’d also love to stay accountable and consistent by following something tailored to this goal. Your guidance would mean a lot. Thank you so much for your time and inspiration!
