@@bryankent3307 I’ll admit, muscle ups aren’t my favourite as I usually like keeping pull-ups and dips separate but the people were asking for them 😁

Excellenent content ! One advice for muscle ups, try getting 2-3 sets of 3-5 reps of explosive pull ups ( high pull ups), basically as high as you can for 3-5 reps, after a while your muscle ups will improve much without a kip

Really enjoyed this video! It's a shame decent public calisthenics equipment like this isn't too common. Have you ever used resistance bands to increase rep ranges for a change?

I dipped into your workout to see what you did. I've stopped both of my stupid goals of sit ups and taking full power punches. It's been nice not dreading Fridays when I let myself get very beat up.

Great Video ✌🏽 Do you have some tips for the side/rear delts? My front delts are waaaay more dominant then the rest of the shoulder (Calisthenics)

Pike push ups for front and side, bodyweight rows for rear, and if you want pure isolation, lateral raises and rear delt flies

cheap resistance band is a good substitute for dumb bells. I take my bands with me to the gym and whenever I travel.

@@daisverrisson7167 you’re welcome! I do 3/4 Calisthenics sessions a week. I also run long distance and do sprints. Very very occasionally I will take 3 or 4 days off 👍

If you start incorporating weighted pullups you will hit muscle ups no problem. 45lb 5x5 then 5lb per week jumps
