Excellenent content ! One advice for muscle ups, try getting 2-3 sets of 3-5 reps of explosive pull ups ( high pull ups), basically as high as you can for 3-5 reps, after a while your muscle ups will improve much without a kip

Pike push ups for front and side, bodyweight rows for rear, and if you want pure isolation, lateral raises and rear delt flies

cheap resistance band is a good substitute for dumb bells. I take my bands with me to the gym and whenever I travel.

@@daisverrisson7167 you’re welcome! I do 3/4 Calisthenics sessions a week. I also run long distance and do sprints. Very very occasionally I will take 3 or 4 days off 👍

If you start incorporating weighted pullups you will hit muscle ups no problem. 45lb 5x5 then 5lb per week jumps
