You can learn quite a bit about Gortash, and Karlach has comments about it. Also - super-strong amulet there. AND the hammer. So if you want to finish Lae'zen quest like she'd like you to - you have to go there or make a deal with Raphael.

2:05:35 yeah Minsc is one of the last permanent companions in the game lol. He was actually a companion in the first 2 Baldurs Gate games. Same with Shadowheart's teacher (the Dark Elf lady that you fought), she was a companion in the old BG games too.

Please do the House of Hope side quest with Raphael bro 🙏. It has the best loot in the game, one of the best bosses, and leads to several new endings.

Ansur boss fight is one of the most EPIC fights in the game. Theres still a couple other bosses that are extremely EPIC that you haven't fought yet too.

This was fun to watch! By the way, if Gale is an evocation wizard (which I think he is) then his area attacks don’t harm you and any allies. So you don’t have to worry about hurting your teammates. Also for wizards if you have a potion of sleep it helps them restore their spell slots without having to long rest. :)

I am amazed! You found another area I haven't found in my nine play throughs of this game. And here I am telling you to look around. This game is so deep and layered.

8:35 You can bind a weapon to the warlock, then they attack with their charisma instead of str/dex, BUT you need to choose pact of the blade at level 3 to do so. (You can choose only one pact). They receive bonuses to their weapon attacks too (second attack with that weapon later), etc. There's also an interesting situation with multiclassing then on your difficulty. :) 1:45:33 It's 12 (It's 20 in DnD, but the latter levels can be quite... world-breaking.)

Enhanced Leap in scroll or potion form is your friend. Give at least one to everybody, go into turn based mode, buff up, then start the fight. It'll last 10 turns and you'll have a ton of movement, especially on characters that have high strength like Lae'zel and Karlach. Just remember to jump first, then use up any additional movement instead of the other way around, otherwise it's easy to end up without enough movement to jump. Really helpful when you're trying to save the Duke.

I never worry about Gortash, but Orin's battle always makes me sweat. Dealing with Orin's minions, I usually have a ton of arrows of thunder, thunder wave and Wyll along with me. Since they are covered with sanctuary spells, I use Wyll's eldritch blast to send them off of the platform, or the thunder arrows or the thunder waves. But you did right, going in there with as many support elementals as you can., because she is a BEAST for real.

Doing the Steelwatcher foundry first instantly kills Wyll's father inside the underwater prison btw, doing it in the right order is the ONLY way to keep Wyll's dad alive until the very end, so since you left the prison for later... RIP Duke Ulder Ravengard 🕊️😔

I dont remember if you already did it but if not make sure to go to Ansur's Lair (Wyll Quest) because you can get one of the best greatswords and helmet from it. Also House of Hope (Raphael's lair) gives you the best armor in the game. 👍

Darkness and Fog Cloud are your best friends if you’re sneaking and thieving in a public place. Also, it’s easier and safer if you enter turn based mode before you try to open something you shouldn’t. It’s much easier to get away with when you stop time.

Please remember to learn the spells on Gale! (preferably) to make them multi-use! If you won't use him, then you can obviously just use them as scrolls, but they're pretty powerful. :)

Thanks, for the shout out, but you are finding things that I have not found in about 8 different playthroughs. So shout out to you my friend. Beyond the fights, there is a lot of puzzles to solve that lead to more treasure. You have to take your time and search every location.

Yes, this quest was epic!

I've played every game with the exception of Valhalla (haven't finished/stopped playing year ago so now I have to start over because I don't remember anything whoops) and Mirage. I do recommend you play the first five games in order (1, 2, Brotherhood, Revelations, and 3) since the modern story is linear, and while I love the modern story since it ties in with the animus/historical stories, I do know that the modern story is not everyone's favorite part but it still feels more cohesive to play those in order if that makes sense. I recommend playing Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla for the same reason, but I think the order of those are more flexible I think, most especially since you mentioned you already started Odyssey and Valhalla before. I will admit that the game-play in AC 1 does get very boring and tedious, which makes sense since it is the first game and all, so maybe it might be better for you to just watch the cut scenes, the ones here on KZbin labeled as "movies" are really good since they still keep some of the context of the assassination parts instead of completely skipping it. But it's totally up to you of course, it's just a suggestion!

Fazo you should check out Dragon Age Veilguard. It's kinda controversial right now with some of the older Dragon Age fans, but the game was good imo and think you'd have a fun playthrough
