Why are there no exercises to unstiffen the foot and toes that become stiffened from wearing a cast? Until the foot is unstiffened, how does a person do strength exercises properly? I cannot even walk without a single crutch because of the stiffness.

strokes arent the only thing that can go wrong when having your neck cranked, yet its the only thing addressed in this video. it is very easy to injure someone very badly by twisting or cranking their neck. it is one of the body's natural weak points. this has been common knowledge since before humans even existed. predators go for the neck for a reason, neck cranks are banned in many combat sports for a reason. you cant just write off all danger because "well this one artery is unlikely to be damaged ☝🤓" . not to mention the fact that, regardless of how small it is, it does present some amount of risk to that artery.

It's simply not correct to say "it's speed not force"; if you have a basic understanding of physics you'd understand how they are directly related and proportional in an adjustment. What you, most importantly, failed to explain is why there might be any actual, medical theraputic benefit from an 'adjustment' beyond the shock, the showmanship, the immediate endorphins and the pain nerve excitement (from trauma) which temporarily might relieve pain. The reason you didn't explain it is that beyond the aforementioned, there is no volume of evidence to support any real medical or scientific benefit from adjustments. Popping synovial fluid might be fun and dramatic but it provides no real benefit - 5 days later there's no improved range of motion, unless other methods have been used and/or the patient has followed up with exercises. The danger aside (strokes, paralysis, mental trauma..), any benefit that a chiropractor might provide is from the use of interdisciplines, borrowed from massage therapy, ostepathic, placebo, bedside charm, giving empathy/attention etc. Worst of all, these people call themselves "Doctor". Anyway, despite the title, this video explaing nothing. Now, of course, there will be those who will comment "I love my chiropractor... they cured my x....". See above...

I am going to have to try this again for constipation. I tried it once topically and it worked but felt inflamed. It maybe due to magnesium oxide I currently use and it did not work well together. I don’t like using magnesium but it’s 100% effective but can cause pain. Thank you.
