got a single 7.5KG kettlebell today very cheap. still doing my runs. doing 5k every other day now quite comfortably. first day of trying this kettlebell cardio workout.

Love these beginner workouts. How many times a week do you recommend doing these? I do TRX suspension 2x a week also, so what would you recommend I do overall in a week to get a good workout?

cheers. yes im also doing couch to 5k. been doing it for about 2 weeks now and never knew i could run again haha. anyway im getting the urge to run on my rest days so need some low impact stuff for in between days. will this be good? thank you

ennob1 Good day. Because you are using many parts of the body and switching things up constantly, you will burn more calories and it will be more efficient with training! Keep me posted in how things are progressing!
