What I livw about dance and ballet is how truly conditioning and empowering it is. Some many other types of sports are always just like be the fastest do the most etc. Ballet makes every movement so controlled that it actually works the muscles flawlessly. It makes you build muscle so quickly and also is perfect for cardio. Just amazing.

I LOVE these style of workouts, such a good burn that leaves me feeling long and strong and pleasantly sore. Great pacing and instruction. My only request is for no repeat sets! I know there's a reason for it but I don't love repeats.
