2000 inches of ice? That’s not as many holes as I’d expect out of a $800 auger

Hi Kyle, I just ordered the 2075 impact with a 225 pro xs. I had been running a 1875 impact, love the boat, but I was getting beat up running in rough water. How much of a ride difference do you expect I'll experience. The dealer has set expectations pretty high.

The Pilot's Chairs? Is this an option from Lund when ordering a boat? I am asking because I have not seen these chairs in the options when building a boat, and I have looked over and over again. Thank you!

So how many muskies can I put in that well or stripers or catfish that boat seems to have very expensive items but the one thing it don't look expensive is the live well we need boats that help us put fish in the boats we need expensive live wells with them big motors

I plan on catching these this winter

you mentioned that you are fishing for muskie. That's Relevant to the decision I'm trying to make. I'm going to be getting rid of my old bass boat. I love fishing out of a bass boat. I primarily fish for Northern and panfish. I fish up in Wisconsin on the Mississippi River. how to get rid of my bass boat and get a v some kind. I was looking at the Lund 1875s. now I found a pretty sweet deal on a Lund 2025. does anyone have any thoughts on fishing on a river, although it's a pretty big river, primarily fishing for Northern or panfish... and doing this with a 2025? I think what confuses me about the 2025, a lot of people talk about it being a big water boat. I live on lake Michigan so when I think of big water, that's what I think of. I'm probably never going to bring it out on one of the Great lakes. So is this too much for me and what I want to do where I want to do it?

It sounds like he’s saying “chunk of foam” inside the tin foil. I assume it would help hold in the heat like insulation.

Great Video. We just purchased a cottage in the Tomahawk area and want to get on Lake Alice summer and winter. We have never fished Walleye much and are looking for advice mainly winter. Where or what areas are you looking for when you set up for Walleye? Thanks for any help.

You should have a comparison on redrilling holes in 25 to30 inches of ice Not everyone drills a new hole every time They all work well drilling new holes not so redrilling

These guys are tiny compared to what others are catching. It there a size limit as to how large you can take? Because these other guys on KZbin are catching fish twice that size.

The jiffy uses chipper style blades. Which is main reason it was slower. That blade setup is much better for dirty ice and redrilling old holes. Other 2 use the shaver style which is fast but can dull VERY fast. I have wrecked my shaver blades on one whole that had some sand blown on it. Chippers won’t do that.

Great review! I had an old TML30 for years...40 years ago. Have had a Strikemaster Honda 4 stroke for the last 4 years and it has been great. The blades last so long and cuts fast. That being said...if I didn't have the quiet 4 stroke I would definitely get the StrikeMaster. I see it as the overall winner in this challenge.

my ion r-1 10" auger has let me down three times now. last time out the composite head holding the blabes fell off and sunk down the hole. i have tape holding the bolt that holds the shaft on, and i tape the battery on because the rubber band that holds it on is ineffective in sub zero temps. i lost a month of use do to long delivery times going back and forth to get parts. not a great experience

I used my Ice55 for the first time last weekend. The only thing I can't figure out is when I drop my bait, I can't see it on the screen unless I drop my bait in the same hole as the transducer. Is this normal?
@bobbyc15422 жыл бұрын
You keep laying your auger upside down! The spark and carburetor side have to be facing up otherwise you'll get oil leaking out from your carb!
