Thank you for joining KimberFit Lifestyle for this banded full body workout. I took this one to nature at the beach with the waves crashing behind me. But you can do it anywhere!!
I will take you through a warmup before our workout today, so just throw on some headphones or connect to your speaker and watch the video and follow along. Let's go!
Warmup
1. Moutain pose - Take a few inhales and exhales while raising arms overhead
2. Forward Fold (Toe Touch or Shin Touch)
3. Forward fold to halfway forward fold (alternating between both moves)
4. Downward facing Dog
5. Low Lunge Stretch
6. Downward facing Dog
7. Low Lunge (opposite leg)
8. Downward facing Dog
9. Walk feet to hands
10. Hold the forward fold for as long as desired
If you are warm after moving through this warmup great! If you still don't feel quite warm enough repeat this warm up a couple times...now we are warm, lets press play!
Workout - Mini bands x2
1. Squat + OH Arm Raises x20
2. Single Arm and Single Leg Abductions (R+L)
3. Plank Walk Out + Side Taps
4. Fire Hydrants (Tabletop position) (R+L)
5. Plank Hold + Side Taps
6. Push ups
I took you through one set of this workout, repeat this video 1-2 more times for a complete workout. You also can add in super bands to make your push up more challenging. You can use just your body weight if you don't have access to any equipment.
