Escaping the cold and rain from the UK. And ending up in a tent in a cold (wet) Portuguese barn. But, at least you two have a great view, and a big enough garden. Anyway, seriously, you guys are doing great, you took a big step, with moving to Portugal. Sometimes you just have to dive in, and do it. And make things work. You are an inspiration to others.

And i know everything about cold and wet weather. Since i am from the Netherlands. Today, first week of July, heavy rains and thunder. At night close to 10 degrees celsius.

Jonny is taking good care of the farm while (I) Sam recover in the UK with friends and family (after being in hospital for 6 weeks) yes all safe now 🙏🏻

Yeah we’ll be back soon (I) Sam was in hospital for 6 weeks so just getting back on my feet and KZbin doesn’t pay enough unfortunately so priorities are paid work also 😎✌️ in an ideal world I’d only work on Jonny and Sam

The place we viewed was very isolating, we can’t recommend Fundão region enough but also heard great things about Guarda and Alentejo albeit quite hot 🥵

It’s 14 degrees here where I (Sam) am in the UK right now so yeah it’s really not too bad and I’m glad I’m not in that blistering Portugal heat right now although I would like to be working on my sun tan 😎☀️
