The "trades" should be ashamed, they're clearly not though as they disregard these builds like they drive on the roads...THEY DO NOT CARE! Have a cull and get old schoolers in!

a lot of this is nothing new, back in the eighties when I was plastering we've had main bedroom exterior Thermolite walls that needed 12 bags of browning to build out to upright, used to drive us mad, we had to pay for the brickies slapping the interior walls up, and these were four and five bed, detached 'exclusive' properties in places like Epsom and Virginia Water. They wouldn't pay for skips so we threw all the waste outside the windows then they levelled it up with a digger and poured soil over it to make the garden. One place we plastered in the winter, they'd fitted the interior doors BEFORE we'd plastered and put no glass in the windows, just a sheet of plastic some labourer had tacked on with a staple gun so all the interior doors warped. There's nothing new under the sun.

I would never buy a new build, the current state of new builds is so bad that you’d have to be mad to trust any of the big names building in the uk. They should be ashamed but they don’t give a toss. You’ve signed the contract so now put up with our heel dragging get out clauses from your contract. STAY AWAY FROM NEW BUILDS
