Hey Emi I just want to take this moment amd Thank yiu because your videos has really transformed my body. I lost soo much weigh from 89Kg to 74 now❤ Thank you soo much but now the problem is I am so tired and I have been soo lazy to exercise for like a month now😢 But I want to go back again to aim for more❤

You might notice some disturbance at min 20 at sequence 21 but it does not disturb the routine at much

This workout is working for me 😭😭😭 I've been doing this for once a week(yea, I'm still overweight and I don't want to sprint my muscle that much 😢) And you do need calories defisit as well, I can see my thigh are distancing them for a bit 😭😭😭

Day 1-no change Dayw-no change Day3-extreme leg pain Day4-i didnt do Day 5- you'll satrt to see a little change in ur thies and rest of the leg (i didn't even follow the whole vid just half)❤

If you neck hurts, try using your ab muscles more. Imagine there's a string from your abd and everytime you crunch up, imagine someone is pulling on that string

Hi emi! Ik there ia a high chance you won't see this. Just wanted to know that if I do this workout everyday how much time will it take for my legs to slim down. Like I only do this one workout and only do 20 of the exercises here as I am a student so I have a time limit. My thigh measurement is currently 22 cm and I wanna get it to 15cm. So as probably emi won't see this if any of you guys know how much time will it take or do I have to do any other ones alongside this please let me know.
