Thanks alot for the video my dear, but for real there is nothing like an "Dark night of the soul".. It´s indeed the "Dark night of the ego" and leads directly to the dawn of the soul.. Ego = Illusion of seperation😉 Real lightwork is shadowwork😇🙏 Our soul is always the truth of divine light/unconditional love, untouchable and immortal forever and ever ONE with all that is⚛☯🕉🌞🧘🧘‍♂🧘‍♀Much love and light😌💗

Is it possible to have both an desintegrated animus and be animus possessed? It feels like I identify with both. It looks like I identify more with the desintegrated animus, since I grew up in a house where I had to be "perfect". I also feel like I am more the desintegrated animus in my social life. I definately tend to put others in a pedestal and I hardly can feel like I am in the right place when it comes to me career. Despite me being graduated by now, I hardly feel a sense of porpouse. But it's like my personal life and when i'm single, so not in love with any unavailable person, I tend to go more towards the animus possessed. It's easy for me to get ultra focused in my work and I tend to completly repress the emotional content of my life. It's been more than 7 years I run away from every movie, song or tv show that presents romance (ie, the vast majority of movies, songs, tv shows...) just not to have my wound of never being loved touched. I feel full and deeply energized by disconnecting from social media and doing bed times routines or taking myself to a park full of nature. 27 y.o., INFP.

I’m not a therapist. I’m a life-coach. And coaches don’t require professional credentials… though I have taken some coaching classes in the past.

How to find your empowerment step 1: know what you honestly want/desire for yourself or desired outcome. (sacral or emotional authority in human design) step 2: find levers of power or leverage points to bring about desired outcomes step 3: let go of resistance why you may be resistant to going after what you want. Look towards your shadow (shadow integration) for the basis of what is causing the resistance.

I have the problem with isolation. Whenever I try to connect with someone I just exaggerate and I'm in the other extreme and then I start making expectations or always giving them too much importance that I lose myself and all the time I get deeply hurt even though they actually didn't even intend to hurt me or anything and then I just become extremely isolated. I also have a deep hurt and fear of rejection when I think about approaching people that I simply just don't do it anymore and rely a lot on my authenticity. I keep bouncing back and forth and Idk how to stop this thing.

I had sleep paralysis often when I was younger all the way through my twenty's and early thirties,but haven't for several years,and strangely enough I liked it,a little scary,but I liked it and I miss it,when I did get it,it would happen several times before going to sleep for the night

The Ego is the only part of Self that is truly Conscious…. Even though the majority of the time, until we psychologically frame otherwise, we are the Subconscious which nobody talks about. The best way to describe Mine to Yours is that I don’t love you but I’m inlove with you. The Psyche from what I discern is it’s the Holy Spirit. Great players, everyone is an expert level or god level.

It’s so strange to think of my inner male as being my intellectual aspect. I can’t help but think this is sexist… still a good explanation. I think I disagree with Jung on this.
@TheDiamondNet

The Masculine principle is about the non-physical and the Feminine principle is about the physical. Because of thousands of years of patriarchal societal structures and philosophy, we have learned to value the non-physical over the physical… and the mind over the body. So, this is why it feels sexist because we were all raised in a society that sees the mind as superior to the body… and we have internalized pro-Masculine/anti-Feminine values that deem the archetypal Masculine as superior to the archetypal Feminine. So, when we say the Masculine is the intellect… we read it as the Masculine is superior. But that’s only because of the patriarchal valuation of the intellect over other facets of the self. And it neglects the deep wisdom of physicality and nature. And it is this same “mind over matter” paradigm that drives a lot of planetary destruction… as well as being the driver of a lot of issues with human to human connection.

Great talk. Wow. Integration is a key word. Being able to integrate the old with the new, 'changing the lens back and forth' as she said ... that is key.

Thank you for this comprehensive video and sharing your experience. I have been working with active imagination for over a year and it has been quite the journey! It has been to a large extent about reconciling conflicts with the inner feminine and connecting to HER. The experience was beyond any words - powerful and deeply moving, I have developed a beautiful relationship with the anima, she has been my companion and guide ever since. I learned how to embrace my feminine side and become more whole as a man. True magic! It is important to let go of concepts and simply allow yourself to experience the inner world.

It's difficult to live life moving towards carrots at age 66 (for me at least) because health issues restrict movement. So I find myself not being able to move towards positive motives because the means to achieving them are being restricted the older I get. Fact of ageing. So all you young ones enjoy life while you have freedom of movement 😊
