I do this every Wednesday between a strength day and a HIIT day. Knowing this workout waiting for me on Wednesday inspires me to push harder on Monday and Tuesday!

thanks a lot for those recovery session. Sometimes my workout habits slips through the cracks of a busy life and those recovery session are the best thing I have find to kick start my routine of "moving my body every morning" again.... this is perfect!

Not weird at all. Some exercises have a learning curve to them and require observation and practice before the body can recognize and take full usage of the muscle that is being targeted. I watch their workouts once or twice (sometimes the night prior) before I start, just get a feel of the flow of the workout and to see which ones I might have difficultly with.

Man, the first one is still my favourite on my weekends off it is a go too. It helps so much with aching muscles and just to keep you in the journey even on your day off. This is so precious... what a gem. Woke up feeling rough and thick after a great day yesterday and overnight, tons of rain... left me feeling thick and sticky. Your choice of moves, your choice of music, and most of all.. your dedication and intention in presenting these for us is SUPERB. You don't just do the workout as if you've done it a thousand times, leaving us in your shadows, but move WITH us, your intent concentration cue-ing us to do the same, to stay focused on our structural integrity, our focus, so much more. Whew! This was great for my mid week recovery workout. I burned 160 calories and had a good stretch. This was good strength training as well since I'm recovering from a broken ankle (7 months out). Helps get my ankle stronger.. the quad stretch, pike leg raises and the hip rotations and the runner stretch are great since they require alternating legs..helps my ankle get stronger. ❤❤

This was great but I think the ad break timings were off, normally they’d be at the end of an exercise or set but in this vid they were playing right before an exercise started which throws off timing, and once during an exercise. Not sure how much control you have over them or if it’s KZbin putting in more ads

Thanks for the video. Two questions: 1) Why does Julius always keep his head off the ground for laying hamstring stretches or figure-four stretches? Today, his hat may have been in the way, but I've been wondering for a long time. and 2) Did you do something different with algorithms or something? There were four ads today that showed-up right in the middle of the workout (versus just during natural break times). Just FYI...
