I tried this yesterday. It's actually tougher than I thought! Even with lighter weights, what makes this hard was how fast they were going with each rep with decreased rest time. My shoulders were giving out after halfway!

Hi and congrats on your baby. i dont know if anyone will see this comment but i wanted to request a hips friendly weight trainning video. i have a hip surgery coming up soon and can't follow along with every squat or lunge so i have to take a lot of breaks. but i really love your channel and would like to follow along the whole way with you without needing to take breaks and pause the video because of this. i love your channel. i loved the video. im a beginner at using weights so this light weight exercise before work has helped, as well as to get upper body strength because soon i will need it while my lower body is healing. Great workout! There were several exercises that were my favorites but, to keep it short, I enjoyed the overhead press + woodchop. This exercise really worked my core. I also liked the burpees because I had to think on my feet and figure out how to do them without putting too much weight on my knees. I was able to do 3 burpees. 💪🏾🙂

The whole workout was amazing! If I had to choose favorite exercise? Hmm... deadlifts - I hate and love them at the same time. Burpees, oh yes, they are great too, but I think I'll choose Alternating Plank Reach because I train with my wife and this exercise gave us the most smiles and motivation as we watched each other ❤👍💪🔥

Just got home from work thinking what workout will I do today & this was the first thing that popped up when I opened KZbin. No need to wonder anymore now time to knock this out, I’ll most likely go heavier with weights but I’m sure this is gonna be another great workout. Okayyyyy….i got like 3 things to say; First, Toya u did ya thang girl! That little bun ain’t holdin u down or back! It may be a “low impact” but that intensity was absolutely HIGH! Keep going Momma! 2nd, y’alls end of the workout theatrics are beyond cute in this one! That bun in that oven was STEAMING 😂😂😂…very cute! 3rd I love that most of these movements were combo moves and incorporate more than one part of the body but my FAVORITE was the “overhead press & wood chop”…y’all had this in a previous workout and I felt it (in a good way) in many parts of my core, shoulders and arms!
