Absolutely not. There are rules in place when it comes to lobbying, and lobbying is more transparent so those who are interested can check on who is supporting who and why. These guys violated election rules and tried to conceal their actions. Similarly, with the gifts, he lied on his disclosure year after year saying he didn't receive any. It has nothing to do with who is doing it. Rest assured, Turkey has an active lobby in the US and when it's not bribing or subverting election laws, they're fine with it.

@ I have but I was thinking, maybe you could dive even deeper into it, particularly during the first Nagorno-Karabakh war and some of the propaganda the Azari side pushes because a lot of Azari propaganda is that Armenians started it and Azaris are just victims I was thinking of a more in-depth Armenian perspective about the first war.
