My manual jimny sits at about 3500RPM at 110km/h, and honestly the exhaust is pretty annoying on the highway :( I think if you're going to be doing heaps of long distance driving, it's worth looking at other exhaust options I'm probably gonna get my stock muffler flange cut off and replaced with a 2.5" flange that will just bolt straight on to the torqit system. The muffler is super easy to swap out, so wouldn't be too bad to swap before any long range driving :') Feel free to comment if you have any questions, or DM me at @slow.jimny on instagram :)

I fitted the Torqit exhaust to my manual Jimny and love it. I must be a hoon ( 63 years young). It makes me floor it on every take off but encourages others to drag you off at the lights ( they nearly always win!). The note improves ( deepens) with carbon buildip. My next project is sound proofing the interior and upgrading speakers. This would help to reduce interior noise at higher speeds. BTW I fitted the Torqit airbox and throttle controller as well. Easy and great products. Not sure about the what happens to the Suzuki factory warranty though? The Jimny is not an ideal car for interstate cruising anyway?

I know exactly how you feel, I put the Torqit exhaust on my Jimny too and I felt embarrassed to drive as it screamed LOOK AT ME. I ordered a Walker Quiteflow from America had it replace the Torqit and now my Jimny sounds nice without ear muffs and I don't get a sore neck from Cringing while I drive it. Really the Quiteflow fixed everything for me.

No stress! Cheeky trip to supercheap and some grinding made it work. Appreciate the kind words :)

Hi mate, did you notice a little bit of improvement on the hp or torque?
@jimnymoment10 ай бұрын
Hey mate, absolutely no difference in performance as far as I can tell. Just makes it sound faster hahah. Might improve air flow when tuning, but without a tune any difference is not noticeable.

@jimnymoment damn haha I just order a Borla and I was hoping for just a little bit of gains, anyway. Thanks bro!
Just a shame it costs soo much and drones badly on the highway. I reckon I'm just going to replace the very rear section with a straight pipe and see how that goes.

Would be very keen to see how that goes!

How did it go?

@@DWDW-t3h I haven't got around to it yet as there are so many variables. The main being I can't just remove a muffler and the other thing is pre-made ones are so expensive and don't really look that great for me. I might just go to an exhaust shop and get something custom made. 🤔

@@S9RUT yea make sense. I’m thinking of changing / modifying Torqit exhaust installed.. to make it sound better ..

@@DWDW-t3h better? Or a little less drony? I think it sounds bloody awesome, but I only need that sound when on the throttle.
