I love that you focused so much on legs, and compound exercises, and that can easily be done from home and progressed. A lot of other workouts seem designed for men and mostly only work upper body and maybe one leg exercise, or require expensive equipment. This is a very thoughtful program for your audience. I am looking forward to starting this workout! My husband built a very equipped, yet intimidating gym in his mancave. I really didn't know where to start, but want to take advantage of the home gym without wasting my time. I currently do water aerobics twice a week , so this will be a nice addition to my week and a great way to spend some time with my partner. Thank you!

I've been lifting weights for a month and I love it. I'm already seeing results. However, the RDL with dumbbells is a no go for me. It hurts my back more than anything. My son, who's a powerlifter, has coached me on proper form but it still hurts for 3 days after I deadlift. Perhaps they aren't for my body right now. I'd like to know if you can recommend an alternative for an at home workout. Thank you.

Hi there! If RDLs are bothering your back, you could try glute bridges or hip thrusts instead. They hit the same muscles (hamstrings, glutes, lower back) without as much strain. You can easily do them at home, with or without weights. Another option might be step-ups or single-leg deadlifts-they’ll still work your hamstrings and glutes but might be a little easier on your back. Hope this helps! -Team JJ

Are we alternating the exercise or the set? Do we go one literal dead lift and then one dip etc or do we do the set of deadlifts and then the dips, or hen 2nd set dead lifts and then dips etc?

Do the 8-15 squats, then switch to the other exercise, then back to 8-15 squats.

Hi, you only need dumbbells (and a band for one exercise) to do all of these. You can use a chair instead of the workout bench.
