How many violations are parking garages - and Shoddy ‘so-called builders’ - and Shoddy ‘so-called developers’ allowed to have - before they are shut down. I counted 45 cars /SUV's on that roof, even at only two tons each, thats pretty close to 100 ton static load, on an old building never designed, or at best poorly modified for that load....and then as you point out, EV's, twice the weight..
