Needed this, needed you today...I always get overwhelmed during Christmas time... which leads to depression, and being stuck and then nothing gets done then you get mad and scream at yourself, then you go into depression, then get stuck...love that merry go round, right?! For sure! Changing your life can be about setting new goals, breaking bad habits, or even just trying new things. It could be as simple as picking up a new hobby, focusing on your health, or surrounding yourself with positive influences.

As kids, we used to do the 54321 to conquer our fears to launch ourselves to jump off the highest diving platform at the pool. I forgot about this amazing technique, thank you Mel!!❤

So funny. I started doing this many years ago, literally starting at 10 and counting down with the words, “BLAST OFF” when I got to 1. It worked then, in weird ways, but I stopped doing it for some reason. MEL - thanks for the reminder - you came up with this idea the same way I did, when I was TOTALLY down and depressed. I’m going to start using my corny BLAST OFF! Tool again, thanks to Mel’s wonderful reminder! ❤
