This is my favorite yoga practice so far. It is hard to find a solid 60 min online sequence as good as this. This one is immediately in my favorites playlist. Thank you so much!

I've been doing Yoga with Kassandra every day for over 2 years, but this is still one of the hardest flows I've ever done, even though it's 'for beginners'. Brilliant.

I came back to this class after a few weeks and wow. It's so powerful! An incredible flow of energy and a deep peace within. Absolutely wonderful, I feel ten years younger. Namaste

I loved this class and feel incredibly energised from it and have saved it to do again, albeit I wouldn't describe it as beginner ... although may be that just speaks to my ordinary yoga skills more! Will definitely be doing again, a great work out with enough slow time to finish.

I’m not a beginner (not an expert either), and I’ve been watching your channel for several years. I don’t know why the algorithm recommended this class that’s 6 years old, but I’m about to sit down (or stand up haha) and do it. I haven’t done yoga in about a month, because life is very full at the moment, and while I’m looking forward to this I’m also a little nervous that I’m going to have an emotional release in the middle-which I know yes is a good thing, but it will probably be intense. I’ve clicked through, and this looks so balanced and like just what I need, so thank you for making this class!

This is one of the first longer sequences I've done and the first time I've done one of your videos without a 'reason' (ie sore back, tight hamstrings). It's a revelation to take time for myself and to fully feel the flow as I follow your simple and calm instructions. Thank you for the oasis of peace - my body feels floppy and great now!

Wonderful class, it’s my favourite online class so far. Right lever of intensity, right pace, I finished sweating, but refresh and energies. Great class. Would definitely recommend anyone who has with some yoga foundation wants to have a solid morning yoga practice. Thanks Kassandra for making the class available to us

this class was AMAZING! it was so soft, but yet can really feel all my muscles working, and all my stress leaving! :) my most favorite part in this class is all the Sun Salutations, it gets the energy flowing wonderfully. thank you Kassandra

I have done about 60 classes of yours, yin and vinyasa too. This one is one of my favourites so far. Absolutely wonderful, gorgeous practice, perfect pace, top-notch cueing. I'm in love!! Thank you Kassandra! Keep the videos coming!

hi Kassandra! I've only tried your yin classes on KZbin so far. this is the first time I did your flow class videos and I loved it! I'm always rather poor in my grounding poses and balancing, so this was great! thanks you so much for sharing online! That was so hard for me as a beginner, but so proud of myself for sticking it through to the end (which was the intention I had set at the start). I think this is going to be a favourite I'll revisit again and again.

My intention for this class was to be open even though it was new to me and might be difficult. I'd never done sun salutations before and wasn't sure what to expect. I love, love, love yin yoga, but I am looking to incorporate vinyasa yoga so that I can get more of a "workout" from yoga. And this absolutely did it! I enjoyed it even when I was frustrated by not being able to keep up at certain points. I had to walk away for a second to regroup. haha I also had to rewind the sequence and try it again. It was a great experience, and I'm excited to continue learning!

I really love your classes. This was challenging but manageable. Can we get some more beginner/almost intermediate hour long classes. I feel the shorter classes don't feel like a workout. Ive have shared your classes with many friends. Thank you!

This was a great practice! I very much enjoyed it. Enough challenge and focus to help me clear my mind and connect with my spirit. Not sure I'd describe it as a slow flow, but it is a full practice. Thank you for all you do to support the yoga community. I LOVE your practices! You do a great job of instructing and connecting with your practitioners.

Thank you so much for all your amazing videos. Have you ever considered doing an asana practice for people with osteoporosis? I can only find videos that show the poses one at a time but not an actual one hour practice. I think i could be very popular. There are a lot of us with osteoporosis out there! Thanks again!

Wow this was totally awesome. I have been doing your current evening challenge but I needed something more. This definitely did the job. I actually felt an upward shift in my yoga practice today towards slightly better understanding and flexibility. ❤

Wow...I have benefited from this immensely. I was feeling so heavy in the beginning of it and by the middle, I was beginning to loosen up. Now, I feel as light as a feather! Hahah. Thank you Kassandra 🙏🏽

Ciao Kassandra, I really love your classes. THank you for offering them. If I may, I like to comment about one little thing: when you ask to set an intention I get distracted by the keeping up of suggestions (on how to formulate that intention)...I miss a little silent space to have the time to really and clearly envision the intent :-)

As much as I can appreciate what you are doing for your online following, as a beginner, I felt a bit defeated. Ive only been doing yoga for 6 weeks and so many of these poses I was unable to hold for the whole time. It felt like some poses were rushed and others were held for very long,

I'm sorry you felt defeated. I do a lot of her videos and this was definitely more of an intermediate. I have a feeling she made a mistake when giving it a title. Check out some of her other videos. She has many "beginner" ones that are wonderful

Haha. It was too slow for me maybe cause I have attended faster classes. This was so better than that fast class but the balancing really stresses me out. Maybe I will get there one day 🤣

wow... I love this a lot but I couldn't believe I almost passout in the midst. Is this normal? And also it always hurt my knee when I need to put the weight on one side of my knee - how should I overcome it?

Your feet flop out too! I have been reading about this problem and I really want to fix it. Do your feet make a slight V when you walk, as well? I have been trying to correct that. Also when I jump from plank to forward fold my feet pull way out. That's harder to fix! It drives me crazy.
