I've been doing Yoga with Kassandra every day for over 2 years, but this is still one of the hardest flows I've ever done, even though it's 'for beginners'. Brilliant.

I loved this class and feel incredibly energised from it and have saved it to do again, albeit I wouldn't describe it as beginner ... although may be that just speaks to my ordinary yoga skills more! Will definitely be doing again, a great work out with enough slow time to finish.

I’m not a beginner (not an expert either), and I’ve been watching your channel for several years. I don’t know why the algorithm recommended this class that’s 6 years old, but I’m about to sit down (or stand up haha) and do it. I haven’t done yoga in about a month, because life is very full at the moment, and while I’m looking forward to this I’m also a little nervous that I’m going to have an emotional release in the middle-which I know yes is a good thing, but it will probably be intense. I’ve clicked through, and this looks so balanced and like just what I need, so thank you for making this class!

This is one of the first longer sequences I've done and the first time I've done one of your videos without a 'reason' (ie sore back, tight hamstrings). It's a revelation to take time for myself and to fully feel the flow as I follow your simple and calm instructions. Thank you for the oasis of peace - my body feels floppy and great now!

Wonderful class, it’s my favourite online class so far. Right lever of intensity, right pace, I finished sweating, but refresh and energies. Great class. Would definitely recommend anyone who has with some yoga foundation wants to have a solid morning yoga practice. Thanks Kassandra for making the class available to us

I have done about 60 classes of yours, yin and vinyasa too. This one is one of my favourites so far. Absolutely wonderful, gorgeous practice, perfect pace, top-notch cueing. I'm in love!! Thank you Kassandra! Keep the videos coming!

My intention for this class was to be open even though it was new to me and might be difficult. I'd never done sun salutations before and wasn't sure what to expect. I love, love, love yin yoga, but I am looking to incorporate vinyasa yoga so that I can get more of a "workout" from yoga. And this absolutely did it! I enjoyed it even when I was frustrated by not being able to keep up at certain points. I had to walk away for a second to regroup. haha I also had to rewind the sequence and try it again. It was a great experience, and I'm excited to continue learning!

This was a great practice! I very much enjoyed it. Enough challenge and focus to help me clear my mind and connect with my spirit. Not sure I'd describe it as a slow flow, but it is a full practice. If I may, I like to comment about one little thing: when you ask to set an intention I get distracted by the keeping up of suggestions (on how to formulate that intention)...I miss a little silent space to have the time to really and clearly envision the intent :-)

As much as I can appreciate what you are doing for your online following, as a beginner, I felt a bit defeated. Ive only been doing yoga for 6 weeks and so many of these poses I was unable to hold for the whole time. It felt like some poses were rushed and others were held for very long,

I'm sorry you felt defeated. I do a lot of her videos and this was definitely more of an intermediate. I have a feeling she made a mistake when giving it a title. Check out some of her other videos. She has many "beginner" ones that are wonderful

Your feet flop out too! I have been reading about this problem and I really want to fix it. Do your feet make a slight V when you walk, as well? I have been trying to correct that. Also when I jump from plank to forward fold my feet pull way out. That's harder to fix! It drives me crazy.
