For those who needs motivation read this!!. DO NOT GIVE UP no matter WHAT. Hardwork pays off. I know it's hard but trust me one day you'll get what u wanted I was also body shamed but look where iam ryt now I was 57 my families friends were body shaming me but now iam 42kg and no one dare to speak to me. I don't like to lose weight but i wanted to show them that i CAN also be skinny. No matter how potato shape ur still love urself. Exercise to get active not to lose weight if u think like that then eventually u will get ur body but plss dont push urself since I experienced it iam telling u it can couse injuries to ur body. Slow and study wins the race. UR BEAUTIFUL PERSON THAT I eVEr SAW. Just challenge ur self that by the end of the month u will lose atleast 5 kg. 💜 hope u feel motivated now get up queen 👑 and start doing this. U need to find ur crown which is missing. Iam not that good at motivating but hope u feel okay it's ok if u fail it's just get up start running to ur happiness again REMEMBER succes doesn't come for u, u go for it!

you should do it for yourself and for your own health, not for others. im not trying to be negative, its amazing that u lost weight, but its just easier to mantain it when you make it an everyday thing and not some diet and intense working out that you do to prove yourself to others

@@Bbok4r1i do other videos from this channel, theres also chloe ting and pamela reif. i would recommend walking atleast 1h a day, drinking a lot of water and eating high protein food like meat and eggs. and also dont make it be your diet, cs if you plan on mantaining the healthy weight you have to continue your new habits, so make it your lifestyle yk just change sweets with fruits and things like that

Set 1: You're pumped up ready to go, this set is nothing. Set 2: Ok it's getting a little harder but you're still on board. Set 3: I want this to end so bad but I want to work my abs next too... Set 4: Now that was tiring but I'm most of the way through so I may as well continue... Set 5: Just goes by so fast. Set 6: Nice and relaxing set and you're super glad you worked out!

I drink smoothie and after 30 min i exercise. this can be done in the evening as well. just have a banana or smoothie 30 min before workout. reduce your portion in every meal so that you are calorie deficiet. and dinner avoid carbs. avoid added sugar and packaged food.

Lemme tell you guys. The reason you don't like burpees is NOT that you can't do them. The reason is that you just don't want to do them. I promise you; if you stop hating them, they will get easier!!! And it's no big deal if you can't do 45 secs, just do a few (just as much as you feel comfortable with). Little steps! This is always a better option than just not doing them! IT WILL GET EASIER!!

I’m 14, I remember doing this workout for my very first workout but once I realized I couldn’t go any further than 24 mins, I set a goal to work my stamina up....it’s been 2-3 weeks and I can finally do this without having any problems! 😩😭 And mind you, I USED TO NOT BE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE AT ALL!! Like at all 😭, so the fact that I’m finally being active and trying to better myself makes me feel good 💀, also my mental health and mood has improved since, every time I wore my cloths I always felt too big in them and insecure, now I’m so down to earth about my appearance, and I’ve been feeling much more happier and proud of myself then I was before, I also noticed that my stamina has improved so much since before, I’ve also been trying to eat healthy and that’s been an even bigger confidence boost for me, I also noticed that my double chin has gotten less noticeable which is something I think is nice, so yea, if I can do it, you can too!! last time I checked I weighed about 167, and I’m 5’3, I’m going to buy a weighing scale soon too to check my weight, so yup 🐝

Right? Im in high school, 16 now so about the same age as you. My class is at the top most floor usually, but some classes are on the ground floor, some on the 3rd, some in another building + going up and down fro lunch and breakfast. My campus is so big and its tiring to walk so much. I anyways wanted to lose weight so started doing Emi's workouts, and I have lost weight, but Im also gaining stamina and can walk longer.

I did this workout today and it burned 700 calories. Totally shocking for me. Emi is one of the best coach I would tell. I have been following her videos for quite few months now. I cant believe how hard this one was... wanted to quit half way but then I pushed through and now I am finished I feel very satisfied! Normally I do 20, 15, and 10 minute workout from different videos you make in sequence and i can manage but girl this one kicked my ass!! This really does keep my mental health straight so thank you! This workout is especially good for weight loss, at least for me. For anyone who doesn't know, fat is expelled mostly when you breathe, so when you come across workouts like these that move your body and give you a tolerable shortness of breath, you know you've found a good weight loss exercise.😁

I have been doing this workout for abt 3 weeks or so, and my belly has gone down by a visible amount, and I also lost 1.1kg. I never believed that I could lose weight (this is legit the first time I lost weight in my whole life), but you showed me that with perseverance and a little bit of discipline, I'll be able to reach my goals. I'll re-update my progress when I see some again. Emi, thank you for helping me :D Update 1: So recently I haven't rlly been doing this workout cuz school started and I'm coming home at like 5-6pm, so my tummy sorta ballooned again..... However, I have lost quite a bit of back fat and my sides feel harder now. I'm also able to wear my school skirt to the smallest setting (yay)

Just sharing - I've actually been doing workout videos of other influencer for around 2 months but didnt see apparent changes on my weight, although my waist and love handle have gotten a bit slimmer. So I switched to Emi's video for a change. I've been doing this 1 hr workout almost everyday since late July, sometimes if I feel tired or on my period I would do the 30mins/ 45 mins workout instead and I haven't been on any diets (but i've cut down on snacks). I've lost 2 kg since, although it's not a huge drop my body is definitely toned right now and my abs are also apparent. My mum has been doing the 30mins workout everyday for 4 months and she has lost several kg and gotten fitter (and she is 56 and I am very proud of her :)) Before I was really focused on the weight but focusing on this will actually get you discouraged as muscles weigh a lot more than fat. So keep working out because it will definitely pay off!!! I will finish the workout in one go without pausing and will do more stretches afterwards and in the morning :) Hope it helps!

So I'm not sure if this helps but I can't do any high impact exercise due to nerve damage and have to take it easy, so what I do with any of the jumps is I replace them with walking, so for example Burpees I'll do a walking burpees, and jumping jacks I'll do a walking variation, same as high knees and skater I'll do the moves but not the jumping etc, I know it's not quite as effective but atleast we are doing it :)

I did it for the first time today. My weight loss journey began 3 months ago and I lost 17 kg in it. Honestly did workout was easy for me. I was surprised myself. Started at 30mins exercise, I started my weight lost journey 7months ago with a starting weight of 103kg then now I’m 90kg a verrrrry slow progress my weight fluctuates a lot. Two weeks ago, I tried this for the first time. No matter how determined I was, I couldn't get through the ab section. After dieting and exercising every day since, I decided to try it again. As I'm typing this, I'm out of breath and drenched in sweat, my muscles are sore all over, but I made it to the end of the workout. It's incredible what your body can do when you commit yourself.

For those who are wondering about total calorie burn - I've done this workout multiple times (~ 6-7 now) and max (active calories) I have burned is 437 and the minimum I have burned is 342. It just ranges on how hard you push yourself that day and being strong enough to do every exercise for the full amount of time. Hope this helps someone! (:

I'm actually really proud of myself. This is my first time keeping up with a workout. This was my third day doing it and I'm really happy. I don't have a scale to measure my self with but the last time I got weighed was in July last year and I was 86 kg then. Ever since I've been eating a lot less but I haven't really seen any big difference in my body so I don't know if anything has changed. I hope I continue with this work out so that I can lose weight and gain confidence. Day 1:👍 Day 2:👍 Day 3:👍 Day 4:👍 Day 5: I skipped it, sadly Day 6:👍 back on track Day7: I'm not doing it today cause I have bad period cramps, but I'm gonna do about an hour of dance workouts as a bit of a fun break while still moving and exercising. So I've done 5/7 days and I think I'm gonna keep doing it like that. I probably shouldn't be doing it everyday so 5 times a week is fine, with some lighter workouts on my days off to keep moving. I'm probably not gonna update this anymore but I definitely have full intentions of continuing and I've enjoyed it so far. I hope you guys keep up with it as well, we can do this.

First day doing the workout and I was drenched in sweat for sure. It’s really good and yes I did stop a few times but I didn’t let myself stop for more than like 10 seconds. It’s challenging but it’s doable I encourage everyone trying to lose weight to give it a go and don’t give up because your worth it and you deserve the body of your dreams❤️

I'll try to update daily..Need to glow up when school starts😌 so anyone with me?? *7 days daily updated+lost 1.5 kg so yah.. It's a worthy workout* *Day 1(2.4.2020)-* done!!! Omg guys I'm drowning by my sweat! On the half way of it I was like I'm dead but anyhow I pushed myself through it.. I didn't stop the video, not even for a sec, but before stretching I need to stop it for drinking water.. *Day 2-* done but today I'm feeling much tired 😩 *Day 3-* done *Day 4-* done!! I'm seeing changes in my body.. It's looking more toned 😍 my back fat almost gone, abs r looking more toned, love it!! Go ahead guys! It's going to be worthy, just stuck with it. _IK U CAN DO IT!_ *Day 5-* done.. If u diet u will see a lot of changes in ur body within few days.. It's confirmed 👌 *Day 6-* done.. I'm kinda sad cuz I won't get much results by it as I'm not eating healthy for being in quarantine 😭😭 *Day 7-* was too busy so I couldn't do it.. Tomorrow nd day after tomorrow I'll be busy too.. That's why I won't be able to do this exercise.. Officially I'm done with my update.. I've lost 1.5 kg in 6 days.. I wasn't dieting, I was eating whatever I want but not that much.. Whoever wanna do this workout I'll say do it nd if u do diet along with it then surely u will lose 2-3 kgs within a week.. Good luck guys, if I do it again then I'll update..

This workout is all that I wanted. Guys, It works wonders. I know it's quite hard but it is all worth shedding your sweat. Don't give up in the middle of the workout. I am a hefty person myself and want to become fit weight wise. I feel comparatively light and active all day. Thanks emi

A year ago I tried this workout for the first time and was out of breath 15 minutes in (no joke) but now I completed the entire workout with no rest and using weights! Don’t give up guys it gets easier! :)
