Hey if pain.is in your lower back ..be careful.. Maybe u have injured your lower back due to pelvic tilt... Same happened with me recently...

When you do stretching time flies so fast, meanwhile you do hiit cardio or abs work out even 1 minutes feels so long 😂 Emi thank you~~ now is my 7days of 15days challenge. This video is superb as always... My body feels lighter

Guys , u may not lose Belly fat in 2 weeks as everyone have different metabolisms , ur best in the form that u were and are !! So excercise to be healthy but not to lose fat , if u do excercise for ur health but not for lossing fat then fat will reduce gradually, so don't become depressed if ur not losing !! Your the best in the way you are and were !!

OMG Emi! I'm 56 & have been so sore in my shoulders & back for about a week from being idle, then working in my yard. i have been taking more pain & muscle relievers than usual for chronic low back pain & a failed knee replacement in my right knee. After following this stretch video my shoulders, neck and back feel so much better...thank you! I'm close to tears because I was in so much pain, could barely get to sleep & didn't think I could do this. I know I'll be able to sleep! I'll be doing this stretch every day now until I can graduate to more advanced stretches. My cats are curious but they won't get in my way to better health. Your voice is soothing & you're such a peaceful & good teacher with a wonderful spirit. God bless you.

My mom is feeling the same as you, we started to do workouts at home at the beginning of the year but cuz of her pain the back and also couldn't sleep we stopped. She is taking painkillers but nothing. I will start doing this routine with her so she can get better! Thank you so much for sharing this comment, it helps me so much. I’ve always been flexible but had awkward muscle stiffness in some areas - her videos changed my life - I can literally do every contortionist position thanks to her😂 she’s so pretty and inspirational- like she encourages you so much during videos but not in a cheesy way - in a more poetic and beautiful way - does that make sense? Thank you for an easy to follow, no nonsence stretching video. I did the 10 minute one last night when I got home from a kettlebells class and it was great. This morning I did this 20 minute one and I like that there are plenty of upper body stretches as well as lower body. Something that tends to be missing from many stretching videos. I personally love my bulky muscles and I will never have this body type (I'm a short girl, built for hefting, but I have great muscle definition). I will always have big calf muscles, and big arms. So for those young girls out there doing these videos for 'slimming'. Don't bother, just love the feeling of having a body which moves with ease and grace. Stand tall.

Exactly. I felt it was too rushed for me to feel any of the stretches. Felt like I just kept changing positions throughout the session. 20 seconds is a really short time but yes definitely it was a good set of exercises

Your videos are my favorite videos ever! I have been struggling with bad self esteem, body image and mental health issues and you are the only one that gives me the push I need. Emi, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your existence!! Because of you, my life has changed for the BEST, for as long as I stayed committed to myself. I found these stretches during an extremely low period in my life that turned out to be a total spiritual awakening/ life transformation & the best days of my new life. I have incorporated these stretches into my daily routine for the past five months. Hands down, these stretches have been my savior! They 100% are effective & didn’t know just how important they are to the mind/body!! I used to be in a lot of pain with inflammation and have reduced the pain to almost non existent. I couple these stretches with low impact exercises/yoga, diet change, and meditation 🧘 Total game changer!!! ❤️

I might be late with my comment but I don't think it matters. I found this video last year and have been doing this routine at least a week. It's especally effective when I do it before or after my period since I likely to have pain everywhere in my body. It stretch truly has a healing power.

I started Emi's back and thigh workouts just two days ago and my legs became sore, really stoked that they are working, but these stretches helped me a lot. I'm gonna do them for a couple more days and get back to my workout after these sore muscles go away.

I started working out about a week ago (thanks to the pandemic) and my muscles used to be so sore after my workouts. Been doing the 30 minute full body workout for 2 weeks and seeing results. I'm 52 and have gotten chubby from lack of exercise. The weight is coming off and I'm feeling much better after working out with you Emily! This last week I have been doing the 20 minute stretch after my workout and it really is the key to finishing my day with no pain and feeling great! This is my favorite post workout stretch. I workout 3-5 days a week and I do this stretch after I workout. It’s the best stretch routine. It relax my mind and body at the same time😊 I have a chronic pain in my neck and shoulders and this helps to loosen my tight muscles really well! Thank you Emi!

Just discovered you last month😍 by doing your 30-45 min exercise 2 per week + one 10 min 1 per week I was able to lose 3 kg in a month. I am also checking my diet tho, but eating basically anything. I love your workouts♥

I started doing your videos back in October. I did the love handle video every day and started to see results. Since then I've moved on to your other videos and combined it with walking and eating right. I am now over 30 pounds lighter. All my clothes fit and for the first time it's not so much about weight loss as it is seeing definition. I'm 5'4 and currently weigh 132 pounds. You've inspired me to share my story and to thank you. It's really as easy as just 10 minutes a day and its made all the difference in my life.

I am so happy 😀😀 that I found the right stretch for me . Even though my body is thin it is not flexible. Some of my friends even mocked at me for not having flexible during dance practice😭😭. Thank you 🙏🙏 emi for this. I will definitely do this .

Great stretches. Needed a little more time for my body to embrace each stretch. Would be ideal if same session was 30minutes or so.

Emi Wong THANK YOU for this GREAT video! One issue i had is at 7:53 you say: "grab your right foot with your left hand" -- but it should be grab your right foot with your right hand, yes? (i struggled till i looked at how you were doing it). Please keep helping us strive to be fit and healthy, you are inspiring me to get my old body more fit and healthy and your videos are priceless!

I loved this exercise! I will try to do it every day because it is not always that we can do workouts and it is a way to maintain the body in movement and relax it at the same time.

Yeay I did it, I finished all the 4 weeks program. I don't know how much my weightloss tho, cuz I've never weighed it, but my body got slimmer and tighter and I feel more condfidence. Thank you emy, for making this 4 weeks program. I'm going to make workout as my lifestyle and daily routine.

I have been doing this since 3 weeks, sometimes i did one or two days intervals. Day 22 ✅ Day 23 ✅ Day 24 x Day 25 ✅ Day 26 ✅ Day 27 x Day 28 ✅ Day 29 ✅ today was much easier than the other days. Day 30✅ Day 31 ✅ Day 32 ✅ Day 33 x Day 34 ✅ Day 35 ✅ Day 36 ✅

After doing continues excercise for 4 days I was having alot of pain in my body this video helped alot!❤️ I could feel sensations in my body + the poping sound of bones were so relaxing Thank you for the vid😌❤️

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

I was just really unmotivated today and didn’t wanna spend 20 Minutes on “just stretching” but this was the best thing to do right now and I feel so much better after finishing stretching. It’s worth it, thank you Emi!
