Finally a workout without annoying fuss (too much talking, shouting etc.) Killer exercises, super effective (even for beginners). The arm toner and the stretching videos are also amazing.For me it's the perfect workout video. Thank you so much! 💪💪💪

I am so used to sweating and getting out of breath as a runner and cardio lover. But this workout made me feel tired and worked. I burnt 250 cal, but feel ready for a hot bath. Thank you and Happy New Year everyone.

I am recovering from a foot injury and have never done a low-impact HIIT before!! I cannot stress how important this was to me, I’ve been feeling like I can’t push myself with cardio without my foot KILLING me, but this pushed my limits in the best way and I feel immediately so much more capable and back into my routine again! I had a back pain and was feeling lazy to do the daily workout but when I saw your workout it seemed easy so decided to go for it but it was really amazing. I was showered with sweat. I searched for a beginners workout & this came up. While it’s a great workout, it was VERY hard for me to do & I work out regularly. I feel like if a true beginner attempted this workout, they would become discouraged.

This felt like a journey! Super effective workout thank you so much for sharing. I was feeling irritated by the lack of energy coming from the screen in the first 15/20 minutes but once I settled my mind and stopped looking for motivation externally and came back into my body I ended up feeling quite meditative. Took off my workout head and put on my yoga head....perfect 💕🙏🏻 and the knowing smiles from the instructor felt so warm and genuine 😊

Wow... I've been working out with your awesome videos for seven days now, and finally I found this. I enjoy your workouts! I started following you some months ago, and kept improving. I couldn't do any push ups or burpees there but I didn't give up and improved a lot. And I never get injured! A few days ago I tested a tabata from another KZbin channel but there were too many jumps (too many are also a bit confusing) and I ended up with a small pain in the knee. Nothing bad, but never had a problem with your workouts! I am glad there are knee friendly exercices !

This is such a great workout! Well balance of toning full body and build up overall strength. Recently I was easily distracted when searching the next workout video, but this one with 1 hour, no jumping, and no repeat is just the kind I need!🤩

Anna is a machine. I like to think I'm in pretty good shape. I can do most HIIT workouts on youtube. Anna's pace is ridiculous. I have done some of her workouts but others I need to pause and come back to. She really is something else.

This is my all time favorite workout. I'd love to see more like these, 60 exercises 60 mins NOT including warm up or cool down, those can come as extras.. yayyy!! Like 75 mins then.. No pain no gain!!

I really loved this one..challenging but doable! I did have to adapt for the side plank holds (bent knee variation) and do bent knee pushups, so grateful for these amazing workouts!

Hands down my all-time favorite workout! I started doing this with light dumbbells, and it's even better now! I cannot do any of the push-ups properly... but I believe all those push-up trials are making me stronger every day. Thanks again!

Thank you for this workout. The only thing I would recommend is to mix more. 10 min legs then core then other then legs again. It is really hard just do the legs for 20 minutes

I love side planks, but my shoulders were so tired by the time we got to them that I couldn’t complete them fully. Also, I was disappointed that rather than moving into hip work after the back, shoulders and abs were targeted next.
