Just remember everyone... completing these workouts at her pace takes someone in reasonable to very good physical condition! No shame at all in going half speed or taking a few extra rests! Don't be discouraged the goal is to just keep moving!

Just over 2 months ago I completed this workout for the first time. It was so brutal. That was at the beginning of me starting #75hard. Today I completed this workout again to see how my strength and fitness has progressed, and it was way easier! I've also lost 16 pounds since then. Consistency pays off. I'll be revisiting this channel more often!

This was AWESOME, I did it while fasting - your title is deceiving...No jumping doesn't mean the workout is going to be easy... this workout kicked my BUTT and I was sweating. I was also happy about the ab finisher - I didn't have to do a separate workout! THANK YOU FOR EXCELLENT CONTENT!

I usually don't repeat workouts, but I really wanted to see whether I can do this better than last time. And the answer is yes, I felt so much better the second time! I'm currently living for 1,5 months with my aunt and uncle in an apartment, so I shouldn't make unpleasant noises to our downstairs neighbours. So, no jumping workouts are perfect! 😙 This whole video is so aesthetically pleasing, the structuring is very great, the music is nice. Thank you Anna! 🍍💗

I'm out of shape. Haven't gone to the gym in years. I started 75 Hard today & chose this as my 45 minute indoor workout because I have bad knees & hips so the no jumping stood out to me. I had to take extra breaks & sub out some of the work outs. But I did all 45 minutes. Im drenched in sweat but that's means I did something right. Thank you for this.

Anna, I’ve been doing your workouts for over a year now & I just absolutely adore you!!! I am a personal trainer and do a lot of weight lifting, but your videos have broaden my horizon and given me new perspectives. I now LOVE hiit & the way they make my body feel!!! I like how you work through the muscle groups in designing your workouts - definitely a full-body workout - thank you! I was a little caught off guard by no warmup, but I had walked my dog beforehand, so I guess that counts. :) I have neck issues, so holding my head up for the entire ab finisher is not safe for me. So I just modify and support my head with my hands when I can. Thanks for your wonderful positive commitment to the fitness community!

I couldn’t finish this workout this morning. I did half and I did the second half at the evening. I am still recovering from my neck procedure, so I had to be careful. I think this was so far the hardest one 🔥 You are so strong Anna!

Wow I really love this workout. I try to do it at least once a week but on good weeks 2-3x I feel so much stronger and fit. I'm 6 months pregnant so I do it at my pace but it's definitely getting me ready for labor. As I gain belly weight doing this is just making me even stronger bc I'm carrying extra weight lol. So after the baby I should be STRONG! 💪🏽 I had my husband do it with me too he loves it as well and tries to do it once in a while. He likes to box and he said this has helped him a lot in the leg area. 👌🏽
