Let’s work our entire body with this follow along workout using only our bodyweight as the resistance!
This is a full body workout at home for you to follow along with me! It is full of different exercises and movements to work your total body. It is low impact (not low intensity!!) with no jumping so an apartment friendly workout too!
No sports equipment needed but you will need a mat or elbow friendly surface, a bottle of water handy and maybe open those windows!
This bodyweight workout consists of 3 main parts: each exercise will be followed by a staple exercise. Each exercise within each part is performed for 50 seconds, 10 seconds to then to get ready for the next exercise!
The following exercises are each followed with 'ON HANDS BRIDGE TO HOVER'
REAR LUNGE TO SIDE LIFT
REAR LUNGE TO SIDE LIFT
STAGGERED SQUAT
STAGGERED SQUAT
SQUAT HOLD ALTERNATING STEPS
HANDS BEHIND KNEELING TO SQUAT
REAR LUNGE TO X OVER SQUAT
REAR LUNGE TO X OVER SQUAT
PLIÉ SQUAT ON TOES
The following exercises are each followed with 'PIKE PUSH UPS'
SHOULDER TAPS
WIDE PUSH UPS
PUSH UP w/ 2 CROSS FOOT TAPS
SCAPULAR PUSH UP
HYPEREXTENSIONS
HOVER PLANK TO SIDE PLANK
HOVER PLANK TO SIDE PLANK
SINGLE LEG PLANK UP & DOWN
SINGLE LEG PLANK UP & DOWN
PLANK TWIST
The following exercises are each followed with 'TOE REACH TO EXTENSION'
ARCHER SQUATS
CURTSEY LUNGE TO FOOT TAP
CURTSEY LUNGE TO FOOT TAP
PISTOL SQUAT
PISTOL SQUAT
FRONT FOOT ON TOES LUNGE
FRONT FOOT ON TOES LUNGE
SQUAT ROCKS
HAMSTRING D STOP TO RAISE
HAMSTRING D STOP TO RAISE
Done!
Please ensure you warm up prior to this workout and make this your own, adapt to your capabilities and energy on the day. Take a break as and when you need to. You can change each exercise to how you prefer such as bending at knees in leg lowering or push ups on knees of course.

Aah, Caroline you’re officially my favourite fitness KZbinr, hands down!! This was incredible! Loved, loved the arms section 😂 Thanks for including the pushup w/ foot taps:) And the single leg up and downs were nice and challenging too esp. with the pike pushups. I did the leg sections with a 27.5 lb dumbbell so it just made this workout all that better. I feel powerful, strong and super sweaty lol 💪🏾💪🏾 Thank you sooo much! Please never stop doing this 💕💕💕

OMG that upper body routine is brutal. Nice to see that you have to stop and rest sometimes too! Makes you human and more relatable. I seriously need to get stronger. I think this upper body workout was too advanced for me. Loved the leg routines tho, that I could do. Apart from getting very low on the single leg squats, my heel comes up! Thank you, brilliant.

Excellent Lisa!! The upper body was torture!! If it isn’t challenging you it isn’t changing you! I know how yo puny self but when I have to stop for a second for me it’s a positive!!! It means I’m really pushing myself! 💓

Hi Caroline. All done!! I love your 1 hour workouts and this was a really tough one I thought. You had chosen hard exercises for the repeats and the push ups series was just so hard!! But at the end there was a real sense of achievement in getting through it all. I really am getting much stronger since I started training with you...your workouts and instruction are just so good. You have the ability to make all the hard work enjoyable! 5 minute plank done...but actually I thought that was the least of it compared with what was to follow. Oh my gosh, this is killer!!! No equipment, no jumps, but lots of burn! My arms and my legs are dying haha, and I'm just past halfway through. Had to take a quick break to take a breather! Always so challenging! Love this! Working for progress everyday ♥️

I don't think I ever commented on KZbin or anywhere else but I had to tell you how much I enjoy your workouts Caroline. I love exercising but I really struggled to get into home/video workouts until I found your videos. Now, I am actually excited going into my cold, damp, full of spiders garage :)

that was once again such a video where I really have no words if I were to list the exercises that were new to me, I would go beyond the scope of this even these intermediate exercises were very intensive in themselves the same procedures as every day excellent and great video, 😇 for me one of your best 💯 Do you actually know how much good you are doing us with these videos and we cannot return the favor at all, which I think is a shame but always sympathetic as you can't keep up the 50 seconds with some exercises 🤗

Right when I thought on hands bridge to hover would be over, it always comes back!! Still, I love it though I am crying halfway! First of all, thank you for making workouts to make our bodies strong instead of just loose weight! Update: Halfway to the workout and just kill me already! I gotta thank you for all these free work out videos you upload: I have often given up my daily workouts because I thought I never had time, but your 1 hour full body workout sessions are definetely changing my life and my mindset. I was looking for a new challenge because I was feeling so stuck with my exercises and so unmotivated to exercise. Than I discovered your channel on Friday and did one of your workouts and it was so thrilling. Like so much new moves and it really challenges me. My first solo workout with you. I know my wife (and many others) love what you do. Over a decade of getting my body smashed in brazillian jiu jitsu I am looking for some self love to help keep me in the game. Can't do everything yet due to injuries but lots of great "new" stuff here. Will be joining wife Heather more often. Cheers!

I really enjoyed your 1 Hour full body work outs but the one with the dumbbells are still my favorite. Been doing it for 3 weeks now and i love whats it been doing with my muscles. 😄

Finally got back to working out after a week of recovering! So did it at my own pace and really enjoyed myself! Except for the pistol squats and pushup hold toe taps,managed all! Did plank with toe taps instead. Someday soon in the future I'll be doing them all as well. Thanx Caroline😘🤗 Really missed ur workouts!

First time here! 👋 I'm glad I could find something to get me exercising! Doing this stuff has been difficult for me to incorporate into my lifestyle. Neighbors below, non-friendly pedestrian neighborhood, and a gym miles away 😅 I felt like I lost hope until today!

This was t.o.u.g.h. I made it through the full hour but not without some needed breaks in between. I'm not strong enough YET to go through the whole flow like Caroline, but that's what made it fun! I did more than I thought I could and I get to set Caroline's strength and ability to where I want to be! honestly amazing. Nothing feels more rewarding than hearing that last song at the finish mark and knowing I put as much effort as I could into your workout. You really are the best Fitness KZbinr on here. Fitness 100% was your calling and you're killing it. Can't wait for your next uploads and future projects!

Omg I have just finished completed this, it went very quickly Some very challenging moves for me but I did them, but God im one sweaty thing at the moment Really enjoyed this one lots as I like a challenge Thank you Caroline for this brilliant, awesome workout I just love working out with you, you brighten my day and puts me in a very good mood for the day ❤️💪

I just finished your isometric workout and it is very timely. My body just don't want to jump right now 🤣 your low impacts are my favorite 🥰 just focusing on the movement of muscles no jumping yet it will burn a lot of calories
