Here we go everyone!! 60 minutes of full body workout fun!! This high intensity workout will test you mentally and physically! Jumping or No Jumping... you choose!
The benefits of HIIT are well known! You burn a lot of calories, improve your cardiovascular health, maintain muscle mass whilst shedding fat, improves blood circulation... and many many more!
A HIIT workout will turn your body into a fat burning machine for long after you have finished so is a great workout to incorporate into your routine!
I have selected 30 of my favourite exercises that will combined with being followed straight away by either a chest to floor, hands off burpee or forward & back squat jumps! So basically, 20 seconds of a certain exercise, straight to 20 seconds burpee/squat jumps into 20 seconds rest! The first half (30 minutes) will be burpees and seconds half will be the fwd & back squat jumps.
Below I have the exercises that they will be performed in. Remember once you complete on, it’s straight into that burpee! Seconds round, it’s straight into the squat jumps!! 😉

Listen to your body the entire time with this bodyweight workout and please ensure you do this at your own pace. You can simply leave out the burpee/squat jump at any point for extra rest. Also, in regards to jumping, simply don’t jump if you don’t wish to jump at all and perform static lunges, static squats etc and you will totally get an awesome workout in! You can absolutely do 30 minutes also!!!!

Linda Sun said that your workouts were killer and I don't know why but I thought she was exaggerating, she was not!! Wow! I can't feel my body!! I thought I would do the entire workout with ankle weights but I had to remove them 15 minutes into the workout!! After an hour, I was like dripping in sweat!! Anytime I want an intense, killer and quick workout, I always come to your channel!! Thank you sooo much Caroline your workouts have helped me A LOT!!!!!!! EDIT: Since so many of you liked this comment I decided to push myself even harder Two weeks of doing 1 hour of Caroline's workouts 6 days a week and I did the entire workout with ankle weights and a resistance band!! My reps for each exercise have improved too!!!!! I am so proud of myself and this just proves that with consistency and dedication there is no limit to what you can achieve!!!!

21 years old, 173 cm (5'8''), 59 kg (131 lbs) Calories burnt: 506 7 min fat burn zone 48 min cardio zone 6 min peak zone This was a really great workout, pretty challenging, but for some reason it was easier for me near the end of the workout, I started to feel energetic and motivated and in the beginning I felt like I didn't have a lot of energy

To really warm up the body takes about 30 - 40 minutes, after this time the body is working hard and is burning fat and works on a high energy level. It is like an engine in a car, the engine needs a particular temperature or heat to really drive fast and efficient during a race.

As @Pat Hamburg already wrote, your body takes around 30 minutes to "really warm up". I guess that's the reason why 30 minutes HIIT feels tougher then 60 minutes, at least to me. But it's also thanks to your fitness level, beginners need less time to warm up and get tired faster.

When I did this training for the first time a few months ago, I fell in love with it, today I changed some exercises to even more difficult ones. I love your workouts!!! You prove that you can have a great figure without using a lot of kilograms and repetitions or sitting for 3 hours in the gym, sport is a pleasure and not something we have to force ourselves to do. ❤❤❤

This workout needs a different kinda determination, u cant just do it without a firm mind! Was eyeing this workout for several days but was scared of it. Finally did it today!!! So proud of myself! Burned 667 calories, did 70 burpees (never done more than 10 in my life) and in yhe second half i did high knees instead of jump squats.. phew!! Thanks so much, it was the hardest workout i have ever done!

I've done this workout at least 30 times during the Covid lockdown and it's by far my favorite. I've had it in the back of my mind all along to do both halves with all burpees. I went for it last night and survived! I do 5 burpees every time so did 300 burpees in the hour. I'm worked today but feel great. Hit max heart rate at 176 bpm....not bad for 61 years old!! Thanks Caroline your channel is awesome.

Well Caroline what can I say thats possibly the best HIIT I have ever done. At 30 mins I was thinking that will do today but I decided as you were still going on the screen it was only fair that I keep going. You really do get you're second wind and have to say thoroughly enjoyed it and when I saw the ☝️to go I was well please with myself. You really don't get much recovery time as you can see, only a guide I know but here we go 🔥677 Calories 🔥🔥 4 mins in fatburn 🔥🔥🔥 19 mins in Cardio 🔥🔥🔥🔥 37 mins in Peak Roll on another week of fantastic workouts and transformation. Happy Sunday Caroline 👏👏👏💪💪💪☝️ and thanks for all the effort you put in for everyone following you we all really appreciate it 💯

Absolutely love her, she’s totally my favorite! I’m at a good fitness level, must admit tho that I found this one challenging( skipped some of the burpees 😬😬) but that’s exactly what I like about her workout: that extra challenge for your body that hopefully will give great results. You know, I feel so proud of myself, cause I even didn't pause once. I checked my weight after this workout and I lost 1 kg, it was so intense. For those who are wondering: 25 y.o. (age), 173 cm (height), 61 kg (weight). Thanks, Caroline, for your workouts! I was a little bit afraid to try this workout, cause before doing it I checked the intensity. But then I just decided to do it, and I feel so alive and full of energy after completing it! Please, keep recording the workout videos. I love them so much, and thanks for your hard work!

This was my first attempt at your 1h HIIT workouts and wow, it was a real challenge but I loved it! Had to skip the burpees once because I got a little side stitch after a couple mins but other than that I made it through pretty well to my surprise. 🏃🏽‍♀️ Thank you so much for these workouts, I only discovered your channel a month ago and have been in love with it ever since! I was looking for an intense 1 hour hiit workout because the ones i usually do (20-30 mins) aren’t that hard for me anymore! First time doing your full body workout and it was intense!! It was difficult but not too difficult that would make my head go dizzy or hurt my body while doing it which i loved so much! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who want to sweat so much LOL. i’m now obsessed with your workouts, will definitely try the other ones next. Much love xx

Omg I have just finished this I made it right to the end of the whole hour, I was so proud of myself as those burpes, I don't think I habe ever done so many. I love your style of training as it challenges me. I'm sweating buckets and ouch I can feel it all over. This was absolutely brilliant Caroline, thank you so much for this workout, it was definitely hardcore. I so love you workouts as I love that it a bit slower on the moves and always making sure to perform your workout correctly. You are the best trainer I have found, as there are so many bad ones on here who don't show proper form I am so glad I found you I did this today after my two days off as I train Monday to Friday, so tomorrow I will find another one of your workouts but for top of body though lol 😂

My mum recommended you to me and i’m so glad she did, i’ve started yoga to stretch me out at least once a week and just did this full hour of hiit and loved every exercise, so hard to find the motivation to do exercise at home but not with your workouts. I started doing your workouts when I was 17. I turned 18 a month a go and this is the first time I did one of your 1 hour workouts. I took like 4 or 5 breaks within this routine but I'm glad I finished it!! Have taken over a week off using Caroline's videos for training, and for some reason had such a negative mindset when doing this workout today. Normally I am so pumped and power through the moves as hard as I can, but my low mood really affected my performance and energy. Dear Caroline, thanks for all the great workout you provide here. I did this workout already several times and I keep experience it as the hardest one in terms of cardio - after this workout my small towel is completly wet. I do alternating workouts from different instructors but if I really feel like i need to workout hard and sweat like hell, i come always back to this one. So thanks - and please more such long cardio-strength workout with no equipment.

Caroline, I loved this workout! It’s amazing and hard!! I have been working out daily for 2 years, so for me it’s really hard to burn 400-500 calories in 1 hour ( I am a small girl :D) but I burnt 450 active calories during this workout!! Please keep uploading your videos 😍💪🏻😊

Hi Caroline! I just wanted to say that as a previously on-top-of-my-fitness-game person, I’ve recently been going through a slump. Have gained some weight and lost a lot of fitness and was looking for something to find my way back to loving fitness. This video of yours may be an oldie, but it’s my all time favourite for really pushing myself. I’ve completed the full hour with a five minute break between the two circuits. I feel amazing and really loved pushing myself to my absolute limits. I don’t know if you’ll see this and I know you haven’t posted in a while but I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have so much love and appreciation for you and your hard work and I’m really excited to re-start my fitness journey with your videos as a tool alongside lifting at the gym a few times a week. I've stumbled on your HIIT workouts in the last 3 weeks, and I must say it's now a must do and I'm a new subscriber! This workout was definitely a burner - I didn't think I'd complete it since I've only completed 1 of the HIIT's, but reading some of the comments (especially @anthony carson) below gave great boost, and I made it to the end (minus a few burpee sets). Here are my stats: 1 hr 696 cals 135 bpm avg, 190 max bpm 13 mins fat burn 🔥🔥 44 mins cardio🔥🔥 4 mins peak.🔥🔥

I've been saving this 1-hour HIIT for a while on my watch later list but didn't really dare to try it until TODAY! It was so hard but omg right now I feel so fantastic like I never had this feeling before!!! LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! I have re-done this after one year … always a sweat feast! … but I’m amazed by my progress … last year I remember that the staple of the second half the back and forward hop squat was excruciating my quads were burning and had to give up on the move after the first rounds now I’m so much stronger and did all rounds with no pain. I love your workouts Caroline!

I like the idea of 2 long circuits and I also didn't mind the burpees and front to back squats. Thanks very much for the excellent free workout. For a full body workout I added in pilates exercises for the posterior chain for the last 30 minutes instead of repeating the circuit again. Thanks again for all your amazing free workouts. I know how long it takes to plan, practice, evaluate, implement and edit your workout videos. Most folks have no idea that a 1 hour video could be 30 hours of work. Well done!

My belly button was sweating! I always feel accomplished when I complete a Caroline workout but this one really hit in another way. SO good! I did 5 burpees in each burpee interval....so 150 in total. Hurts so good! Thanks for the challenge as always, Caroline!

This one was tough! A big endurance test! I liked that the burpees and back & forth squats were there after every single exercise, as it kept the heart rate up even when doing the lower intensity section (eg. planks, core etc).

Hello Susana!! Yes I would normally train 5-6 times per week but that’s average as I sometimes take 3-4 days off just to chill when I feel like I need it! Definitely HIIT at latest once per week (I usually do it on Sundays only!) then 2 x lower body, 2 x upper body but I don’t have a timetable set as my hours working as PT and being a mummy of course so I simply do as I can and when I can do not stressing! Cx

It was really tough for me.. I did this for first time and m new to this channel... I took many many many breaks apart from the 20 secs ..I felt bad but m soo hpyy that i completed the whole workout atleast
