In this 60 MINUTE PILATES WORKOUT CLASS we will exercise the entire body while challenging our stability and balance with the foam roller. We will use the roller as support to help deepen our back extension as well! There are many pilates reformer exercises in this class that have been adapted to work will the foam roller. You will see jackrabbit, airplane, dolphin, single leg footwork and more!

It was great :) I loved how you used the roller for posture and proprioception... and the stretches! So good. The only thing is the roller hurt on my ribs, but I will try again with a pillow as you suggest. Thank you

this was... hard one Lindsay... so. much stress to keep balance... for me the impossible to do was airplane.... couldn't to much pain.... but was as You said no problem. Not everybody is perfect 😉I love your workouts anyway 💕😘

Ok I did it with a towel around the roller ! It was doable, but very uncomfortable with the roller pressing into my belly, and it was too short for thr obliques series (my forearm was on the roller, but I had to grip one end with the fingers). And the abs part was impossible bc the roller was too short, so I did your 12' Pilates abs instead😉it's incredible how a simple tool can add so much destabilisation😥😥

It's very VERY tempting, but I have only a hard foam roller (with 'rounded spikes')... So you would not recommend it'?

You could totally try it!! It may just be uncomfortable in some exercises. You could try wrapping a towel around it to smooth out the spikes. Lmk!
