Well it sure felt kind of lazy at the beginning, but after a while not so much 😊. It got sweatier but still felt gentle. Thank you so much, great workout as always!

That was a very delicious routine 🌸 I've been depressed for so long that I know, for my own experience, that laziness is depression's best friend. Even when you're feeling down and unmotivated, you have to push yourself to exercise! It's not only healthy for your body, but also necessary for your mental health 😌 it is an effective distraction from your negative thoughts, it also increases your brain oxygenation and your body releases endorphins. It's the best therapy.

Hi Desiree, i love this workout! Perfect for this morning, i m french it s 8 Am!! I would liketo have your opinion because i can't squat and lunges anymore because of osteoarthitis.. It would be cool if you share a special thigh class without squat ? Yes i know that i m not alone, but..😊

after the hourglass workout, I tried the lazy days. I find myself so good as the stretching and the tempo gave me energy and felt really energized. I personally just love the combination. Thank you very much. I love your cool and calm voice, as I don't feel stressed doing the exercises.

Hi Desiree! Greetings from your Scottish fan who is now somewhat handicapped: was thrown off my horse and injured my neck/shoulder and broke a finger in my right hand. As I have to stop a lot of things (craft, baking, chocolate making, cani cross, driving riding) I wonder how best I can continue doing your classes minus right hand. Which workouts are best?
