Flow through this warming yoga sequence to build to splits, visvamitrasana, and flying splits.
This class is intermediate -- it has many modifications and variations available, and is suitable for most, but not without its challenges! We're inspired by Visvamitra though, to do things our own way, and make it work! Blocks are recommended but not necessary.
