That was fab! Challenging but not too tough either. I couldn't do the one legged bridge poses, oddly enough my hamstrings were just about able for it but I got mad cramps in my foot. Might need a foot focused class next :D

Hey, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. I wasn’t sure whether to take this class as my legs were aching and heavy from cycling and other workouts, and I thought I just needed a long stretch, but I’m SO glad I took this class! The mixture of strengthening and active stretching actually opened up my hamstrings more than any passive stretching usually does! I love all of your classes, and I’m always pleasantly surprised with how varied, unique and EFFECTIVE they are, and you explain everything so well. Also, your voice is incredibly soothing ☺️

Going through an annoying shoulder injury so I have been looking for lower body-focused classes. Even though the injury itself is pretty nerve-racking, I am glad I have found my way back to your videos. You have a unique interpretation of yoga and I love it. Another great one, Adell! I also did your hamstrings workshop, but still enjoyed this a lot. Thank you for all the great content you put out there, really providing something else in the yoga world :-) I have been noticing some pinching pain under my feet (especially the left foot) during ankle rolls and also at the heel of my foot when I stretch out in downward facing dog. I never had this before. Do you perhaps have any tips?

This is a great video, thank you Adell! I had ACL surgery a few months ago, and I am currently working hard on strengthening my muscles again, so this video is gold in my situation. Especially as the hamstrings are super important in stabilising the knee and supporting the ACL. I'll be back a lot I guess :)

Really enjoyed the class. My knees have sharp pain when down and in back for the lunge with back knee down (in 21:31). Am I doing it wrong or just baby on a hard floor?
