Hello Fran, I am so happy to hear that you are enjoying this video. Chair Yoga is great and I really enjoy teaching it . I ordered these (yoga balls) children's ball :) - from Amazon. I will include the link.... super reasonable , I paid like $18.00 for 50 of them. You do have to air them up to whatever thickness, softness that you would like. I sure hope this helps.
