Oh wow!! So that means I have 2 more of these amazing practices!!! I have been following you and the KZbin videos for over a year now! I finally committed to doing yoga every day this year and so far, I have only missed a couple of days! Next on the agenda - join the membership site! LOVE practicing with you daily! Thank you so much for the effort and enthusiasm and challenge! I love it all!

Hi Melissa, I have just found you a few days ago 'by coincidence' ...hmmm....with your wonderful restorative video Namaste 71. Since then I've listened to 171 and 192...so lovely it was like coming home. My situation is I have severe CFS so my para-sympathetic system is hardly operating and I'm stressed all the time!! Today after 192 I experienced a lovely sense of pure peace. Thankyou. I wondered if you would sometime maybe do a session for everyone who has low energy and maybe, like me, can only rest out and listen. Today you have been my greatest blessing. LOVE this series, but am wondering, you keep mentioning it is 20 segments long and the playlist only shows 18. Am I missing something?
