Took some of the comments into consideration, put 1/3 cup of almond milk in, and I didn’t have coconut flour so I used 1.75 tablespoons of all purpose flour, also put it in the microwave for 90 seconds, it was amazing

@TEFgolfer114 жыл бұрын
just tried this and can confirm it's really good. I took the advice of the comments and added 1/3 cup instead 1/4 cup milk, so not as dry. Subbed stevia sweetner for MonkFruit, and then also drizzled some zero sugar chocolate syrup on top.
@joescalia54564 жыл бұрын
How many packets of stevia did you put in?
@williamnibarger4134 жыл бұрын
@@joescalia5456 you can put in two packets, Stevia won’t effect the cook Time much

Thanks for this comment. Made this earlier and was wondering if I should have / could have added more milk. My mom likes it a bit sweeter so I added some mint flavored syrup on top of hers and to mine when I was half way done just cos the mint sounded and smeed really good with hers. And I'm all about mint. 😋

Amazing, I used cookies and cream powder and a square of Lindt dark chocolate orange instead of chocolate chips as I had to make due with what I had but none the less was amazing especially with PB2 ontop Edit: Definitely would advise not eating it 45 mins before dinner as I’ve just had to leave half my dinner

Pleasantly surprised! Used a little more milk, all purpose flour instead of coconut, and vanilla protein powder instead of chocolate (plus a bit of salt). Really tasty! So glad I have a dessert besides fruit and yogurt 😂

Calories are slightly off, but still reasonable and delicious. 30g of protein = 150 cals. 1 egg = 70 cal. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk = 8 cal. Slightly over 228 cal total (without the sugar free chocolate chips), but definitely a low calorie, high protein dessert for a nice amount of volume overall. Just had some for the first time, and this will not be my last. Thanks for one of the easiest recipes out there!

This is legit the BEST protein powder treat I've ever had. 10/10 (I did use all purpose flour and regular sugar since I didn't have the other ingredients, but I'm sure the other way is dang good too!)

Just made this; holy crap it's great. I used Mocha protein powder and it still tasted like a brownie since the cocoa has a pretty strong flavor and I used Stevia (heaping) instead of Monkfruit. It comes out sort of like a lava cake, though it didn't expand nearly as much as I thought.

I made a vanilla, the top comment suggested 1 tsp instant coffee which I had and used, 1/3 almond milk, 1.75tbsp all purpose flour, NO added sugar, plenty sweet with my protein powder for my taste, 255 cal. 31p/14c/7f. Might choose to add 2 tsp coffee with the vanilla, kind of fills the void of something of a “coffee cake” vibe

I'm mad for brownies and I'd eat them everyday but my doc wouldn't be chuffed if I do, neither would my ibs prone gut but I've been trying to find more guilt free option and yes while this has chocolate and is still a brownie it's much less guilt inducing cos you know what you put in there is way better than a traditional brownie and it definitely hits the spot when you're craving one. I'd love to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream but I need to find a lactose free option as dairy and I aren't the best friends. Any recommendations will be appreciated. Thanks for this recipe and all the comments suggesting extra milk.
