Hi there! Thanks for watching and leaving such a nice comment! Yes, currently our videos are only officially translated into english and mandarin. However, youtube has an automatic translation of captions (if you click on the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the video > click "subtitle" > click "autotranslate" > select your language) which you might find helpful!

Question: how can we know if a sample is more rich in GC or in AT?
@abmgood3 жыл бұрын
Hello Aliah, There are tools such as a GC content calculator to analyze the % in a given template sequence. Simply Google "GC Content Calculator" and paste your template sequence into the tool to find out the percentage.

How we get our desired product in pcr if long ends are produced?
@abmgood5 жыл бұрын
Hi Linta, Thanks for watching and leaving your question! Would you mind clarifying your question or if the question is in response to a section in our video? If you would you like to amplify long PCR amplicons there are DNA polymerases specifically engineered to do this with high specificity (such as abm's Long-Range DNA Polymerase)!
@lintaali67845 жыл бұрын
Thanks for replying .long fragments are produced but in low quantity and that's why they don't show on gel
@abmgood5 жыл бұрын
@@lintaali6784 Yes, you are correct - in low quantities, they won't show up on the gel. To amplify them, you can use the DNA polymerases specifically engineered for long PCR amplicons, as mentioned in my last comment. Let me know if you have other questions!

Hello there, We are well aware of this issue but unfortunately we couldn't replace all the old videos. However, we have made improvements on our latest videos so please check them out! :) As an alternative solution, you can always mute the video and turn the caption on if the background music bothers too much :) Thank you!
