I like the way you have the pull out plastic drawers in the pantry, that gives me some ideas for my pantry shelves to make them more user friendly. I like my eggs like Chris does yolk runny and white done! Love to dip my biscuit or toast in the runny yolk.

Beautiful kitchen! The egg you made for Chris is called a “dippy egg” here in Pennsylvania Dutch country. We call it that because the yolk is runny and you dip your toast in that. Lol! Thanks for showing us your first cook in the new kitchen! Love it!!! God bless y’all! ❤️🙏

Every time I see your stove I just LOVE it! The flame is so strong and even and adjusts so smooth, will go to so low and then it can be so strong if needed. I adore it, showed my husband, but he doesn’t understand. Haha! So happy for you Tammy. For a cook, it’s heaven to watch. ❤ 🎉😊

It is a blessing. I recently had my hips replaced and recovered at my son's house. He and my lovely DIL were amazing. I went home as soon as able because it I really didn't want to abuse their generosity

I learned many years ago that when buying bacon, you must make sure it’s flat at both ends of package.The little mounds are what causes it to tear up when removing from pkg.Your kitchen looks beautiful and you will make yummy memories in it🥓

Lovely new kitchen! It looks like you need to have the oven and cooktop calibrated. It did seem to take a very long time for the food to cook and the sausage never browned. There’s always a learning curve with new appliances. Everything is lovely can’t wait to see holiday cooking take place!❤

They always live in the boon docks without natural gas so they have to use LP which varies depending on the pressure in the tank. I guess they know this but based on their past remarks about avoiding “downtown Atlanta” I would say they’re not interested in living anyplace civilized enough to have real gas. Anyway induction cooktops are the best. Anyone installing a new fossil fuel appliance is just so MAGA they can’t help themselves.

Save your egg shells when you get a bread pan full bake them for 30 minute's on 325 cool crunch up feed to your chicken's . Makes you shells harder.

So good to see you cook in your newly remodeled kitchen; still love that stove! I had to laugh because Chris was talking on this video like you've never cooked a day in your life. You remind him that you're the cook and he can just do a good job behind the camera. 😃 On the side oven, I never had good results baking (biscuits, cakes, etc.) on that side. I always had to use the big oven to get good results. You'll get use to what knobs go with what burners. I wish I had a dollar for every time I turned on the wrong burner. Just keep at it Tammy. I look forward to seeing a lot of good cooking coming off of and out of that new stove.

I grew up eating golden eagle syrup mixed with margarine. Yes margarine. On a hot biscuit it is so good . My momma was raised in Fayette County Alabama where this sryup is made . Your kitchen is very nice

Your new kitchen is coming along nicely. I appreciate that you just dived right in and started cooking, even if it meant fumbling around with the stove controls -- very relatable! I know $3000 is a bit rich for some people's blood, but it's a great price for a professional-grade range. I envy your organizational abilities; everything's so nicely arranged and easy to reach. It was a great idea to take the kitchen upper cabinets and put them in your butler's pantry. Very clever!

I made biscuit and gravy this morning for breakfast before I watched this video. We also bought the Swaggertys sausage and I love it. I think it’s way better than Jimmy Dean. The only thing is, it’s takes longer as the Jimmy Dean is precooked. Thanks for the video

What I do is run hot water and as soon as I pour out the gravy I wash it, dry it and oil it. Everything looks great. Love your new kitchen.

I just made meatballs Parmesan and they look and smell amazing. I’m going out for dinner tonight so I won’t be trying them until tomorrow. I’ll serve with rigatoni. I finally found whole buttermilk. I’ve been to at least half dozen places and they didn’t carry it, but they do have it at Cub Foods. That’s the big grocery chain owned by SuperValu. Rugs and/or curtains will help a lot with the echo. You look great, Tammy.

I'm totally in love with that stove. It's even got an "eye" in the back that appears to be for a wok! So neat! Very happy for Chris and Tammy. Also, I get little glimpses of her kitchen floor which appears to have a padded surface...is it really a huge pad? I'd love that for my feet and legs. ❤❤ * Have you all considered a hanging pot rack, at least for your cast iron? I have a rather large cast iron collection and it's so easy to access those heavy pans, and others, from above rather than bending over and lifting them up. They also stay rust free due to air circulation while hanging after cleaning. Just a thought...❤

Hello Tammy, It's Denise from Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, Canada. Concerning the syrup you poured over your eggs. We do the same here in Canada, except with maple syrup, also we pour it on our sausage and pancakes. Maple syrup is a lot better for your body and breaks down easier, because it's from a tree 🌳. I would have used that sausage grease to make my gravy! THEN if you need a little more fat, add to that. Cris would ask for over med in a restaurant for his eggs. Over easy are turned once, but leave the white a little runny . I worked in a Steak n Egg diner. One night a young college guy came in. When I asked hom how he wanted his eggs, he earnestly answered- like my mom makes 'em !🤣 . Turns out he wanted over med. But i cracked up! Many people dont know. I had no idea how many levels there are to eggs til i worked there. Eggs are truely amazing wonder food!
