@priyanarayan9426 I had very bad itching that was uncontrollable and it was like addiction, I would bleed because of my scratching, I tried different lotions and creams, I ended up washing my skin with Aloe vera juice, I would clean my skin,first with hydrogen peroxide then followed by applying aloe vera juice by folding a paper towel and soaking in aloe Vera juice and apply where it’s itchy or even better all over my skin and when it’s dry then,apply lotion,after couple of days it’s stopped itching then you can even apply aloe gel or store bought,when dry,then use lotion,after a week,finally, I was able to use regular lotion and the only cream that helped me and still does,is cetafil cream, I hope that helps,Good luck

Im of Northern European stock and we suffer from Vit D deficiency and I live in the North and winter is soooo long. Since finding this out about Type 2 and Vit D, I really upped my intake. Pretty sure its helped my mood as well. Cheers!

I started noticing my skin becoming very dry especially my lower legs flaking even though I apply body lotion containing collagen. This has been going on for the past couple of months of not getting ample amounts of sunlight and I decided to sunbathe for at least 30 minutes a few times a week. Three days ago on Monday I noticed my lower legs were not ashy before showering or wash-up’s whether I apply body lotion or not. Am I correct in my assumption that the vitamin E I’m getting from sun exposure that converts to vitamin D is replenishing my collagen levels thereby reducing my skins dryness? 🤔. QUESTION EVERYTHING: What Is The Truth (WITT)??? 🤔. GYHOOYA: OYE!!! 😐

I'm just a person who does a lot of research on supplements and listen to lots of lectures on benefits of such things, so wanna tell you that I have read and heard that up to 5000 D with K, is very safe and beneficial. Also large glass of water with 1 tea applecider vineagar(Braggs) with1 tea of lemon juice helps lower sugar and helps to lose weight and lower cholestrol. Eat your first meal when u do after drink that, it is easier on the stomach. The doctor here says do not post questions, he doesn't answer medical questions.

Can I take Super Berberine if I'm taking insuline?
@SugarMDs

Super berberine is a good supplement. If you take it with insulin monitor your glucose more often at least before bed and in the morning and more if possible. Ask your doctor to lower insulin if your glucose becomes too low.

@SugarMD, I HAD A QUESTION AND THIS IS NOT REGARDING VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY, I WANTED TO KNOW IF YOU KNEW THE BEST WAY TO GET YOUR THYROID BETTER RIGHT NOW I'M ON LEVOTHYROXINE 50MMcg, I've lost weight and I have joint pain I'm tired what is the best way to get my thyroid better & back to normal, my other question was is it possible to reverse to get rid of hypo or hyperthyroidism without medication, or is it even possible, when and if you have the time can you please get back to me and let me know what supplements would help me the best and what mg to take, because I'm having other issues my Testo is low and that makes me stressed out so you know your cortisol and in the pituitary gland and everything it's all whacked out so it worries me so as a man I just want to be a healthy man in my early 40s.
